Each visit confirms how this place is a true guarantee for those seeking authentic Umbrian flavors and rustic yet refined dishes. Among the hot dishes, the stuffed torta al testo (bread rolls), typical Umbrian first courses like strangozzi or homemade pasta, and the local meat specialties, always cooked with care and served with simple yet tasty side dishes. Each course exudes authenticity and tradition, with a flavor that immediately transports you to the region's culinary culture. Nice little place with excellent products, the woman was very kind, and the prices were great. Finally, reasonable prices! This wine is definitely worth a try.

Friendly and knowledgeable owners. Excellent cured meats, a wide selection of beers and good wine. A quaint place with fun and entertaining food-related aphorisms. Inside, there's not much space; there are two or three tables that can seat 6 to 8 people each. Outside, the tables are on the sidewalk. They also offer takeout, with excellent sandwiches filled with their cured meats. Great for a quick lunch while visiting Assisi. Overall, a good lunch.

Finding an authentic place in Assisi seemed like a daunting task. Here we tasted excellent cured meats and craft beers. Chiara at the counter is a wonderful host!!

Friendly staff, good food, recommended

The cured meats and warm torta al testo were truly spot on. The owner was able to recommend the cured meats and beers to pair with them (unfortunately, they only have bottles, not drafts), which were very good. The bread and beers in general were overpriced (craft beers 0.33L for €7.50), which is why it didn't get 5 stars.

I bought a few craft beers here; I was satisfied, but in my opinion, the prices are too expensive. The owner is well-mannered and approachable.
