We came in for lunch, us parents with 2 children (3 and 6 years old), and we were welcomed as if we were at home: two very young Umbrian boys, from Assisi, passionate about the place and happy to answer all our questions. We had lunch in a real pork butchery: a stuffed testo cake and stuffed sliced ​​bread, with strictly local caciotta and cured meats and a cutting board that was out of the world of taste! For beers, at least another 30 lines should be written: the choice is fantastic, all local products that escape large-scale distribution; I asked the girl (whose name I regret not having asked, maybe Chiara?) for a red beer that wasn't too bitter, and on the table I found one of the best red beers I've ever drunk (Brirrificio Forte Braccio, so much so that I bought 3 bottles to take home). If you pass by there, take a tour of this place, you will be enraptured by the simplicity of the authentic taste of the local products! Thanks to the two guys who welcomed us, put up with our two children and directed us to "strategic" destinations in the surrounding area for the rest of the day! Good luck with this simple but fantastic activity! If we return to Assisi, we will certainly be your guests again!

Ottimi affettati, ci ha incuriosito già dall'esterno, all'interno un regno dei salumieri di una volta con varie scelte; ci siamo deliziati con testo farcito al cinghiale ed uno alla mortadella al tartufo.....una delizia! Birre locali e vino sfuso san giovese ed un grechello. Vendono anche l'aglio e umbro.... Insomma, entrare per credere e gustare!
