Chinese-Japanese restaurant in the Olgiata area (RM). The restaurant is very large with refined, informal and very clean furnishings. The restaurant offers the à la carte and also all-you-can eat formula. Very fresh and good food. I really liked their Ramen. Staff were kind and professional and helpful with customers. Fair prices and possibility to pay with credit and debit cards. Advised

...... I have been using them for a while .... I have always eaten top-notch even if sometimes the dishes were not very hot. I can only give 5S for these young and hard-working guys, perhaps ours with the same fantasy...highly recommended

My go-to ayce. I always come here when it comes to Chinese/sushi lunch or dinner. The variety of products on offer is good although with the forceful entry of sushi, over the years Chinese restaurants have lost part of Chinese cuisine.

Excellent cuisine and impeccable service

I took the lunch menu because there are more than 60 dishes to choose from. The Chinese beer is chilled and priced fairly (1/2 litre for 4.50 EUR). The spring rolls and samosa are deep fried and I regretted ordering them because the quality of frying oil is questionable (I blame myself). The chicken had whole roasted almonds but it was mega salty. Either there was an accident in the kitchen with salt dropped into the dish without the chef noticing or he is a self taught chef because the level of salt is truly out of this world. The tofu with "verdure" was surprisingly completely saltless and the vegetables were a few slices of undercooked carrot and some dry bamboo. It is not a memorable dish by any stretch of the imagination but it is at least not salty! The plain rice is overheated (almost certainly in the microwave) which can be easily detected by some rice grains that became dry as a result of the overheating. Reading the reviews it seems to me that their main claim to fame is sushi at reasonable prices. If it is authentic Chinese flavours you are craving you won't find them at Le De Sen.

The unexpressed potential I gave 3 stars simply because the water from 0,75l to €3. An exaggeration. The rest is AYCE formula from 18.90, especially the CARPACCI and really good sashimi are good, the best in the area, good but lower the price of water, the most expensive in the area.

I often come to take away Chinese noodles which are delicious. One day we'll come and try the sushi too.

Quality/price ratio always remains high.
