A culinary experience that I absolutely recommend. A cuisine that has the territory as a close ally, in which buffalo mozzarella is among the protagonists. The Mediterranean dishes respect the raw material and place it, through modernity in the proposals, at a very high level. A note of merit for the staff and for the courtesy of the chef Marziale. The Michelin star would be a must. I hope it can be obtained again in the next assignments.

Era da tempo che volevamo assaggiare le proposte di Rosanna Marziale e, finalmente, unendo il piacere di visitare la Reggia, siamo stati in questo famoso ristorante.
Curiosa la scelta di aprire solo a mezzogiorno, ma da tempo preferiamo pranzare in questo tipo di ristorante piuttosto che cenare.
Abbiamo scelto il menù tradizionale con le 5 portate e il dessert.
Tutte le peritate, dal pre antipasto, ai due dessert hanno più che superato le nostre attese.
I vini proposti in abbinamento, tutti locali, erano molto validi a supporto delle pietanze.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile con il maitre estremamente competente e disponibili.
Abbiamo anche molto apprezzato l’incontro con Rosanna a fine pasto.
Tutto perfetto?
Diciamo si, con l’unico appunto di una temperatura un pochino troppo bassa, ma che la magia dei piatti ci ha fatto dimenticare.

Nothing special.
We did more wine tasting. Let me start by saying that we have visited all the starred restaurants in Campania, and in our very humble opinion it borders on sufficiency. The cymbal technique was there, but I think that more than one report in the guide, it wouldn't deserve the star. We left several dishes half done and were never asked why... it's rare for me to give negative reviews. But honestly giving this place one star is misleading.

When I went with my family we came across a whole new world of Italian cuisine with lots of fresh and interesting ingredients. The chef created a nice combination and made the meal delicious. For example, the reverse pizza was very good and interesting with the bread replaced with cheese which, although it sounds surprising, was very good and not just cheesy cheese, buffalo mozzarella, something the chef is very familiar with. It was a five in every category and I would recommend it to many people.
