Excellent food, we ate the best pappa al pomodoro we've ever tasted and pici with white ragù that we wished would never end! Absolutely recommended and we can't wait to return

Worth walking across the town for this! Great food, from bruschette to pasta. Even the bread that comes on the side was high quality bread. I am looking forward to returning here!

Perhaps my mistake was expecting too much from the ravioli I ordered here, after I was served the best ravioli of my life in the restaurant there in the small medieval village of Colla Micheri on the Ligurian coast.
These certainly weren't bad either, but if I make a direct comparison with the ones in Colla Micheri, then they were just ordinary.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere was ok.

My girlfriend and I went for lunch yesterday. We started with a bruschetta of pecorino, lardo and pomodorini that was delicious. We continued with the pasta dish which was Pici al ragù bianco di Chianina, delicious too. We accompanied it with a glass of local Chianti wine that was up to par.
The experience was 4 stars given that they did not offer bread or grated cheese, including cutlery in the final price. This is one thing to improve since I consider that it cannot be missing.

Cibo eccellente! Abbiamo preso le pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale, i ravioli con crema di patate, champignon e tartufo e un bel tagliere di affettati: qualità e sapori unici!
Il perdonale è gentilissimo e sorridente!
Ci tornerò sicuramente quando verrò di nuovo a San Gimignano 🫶🏻❤️

We were greeted politely as a group of 9 and were given a table straight away. The menu was short (e.g. pizza, carbonara, etc. were missing). The relationship between quantity/taste and price was inconsistent. The bruschetta we ordered was quite greasy and hard. Overall sufficient, but repeating is not necessary.
