We ate as a family. The pasta was delicious. Everyone agreed. We tried penne pesto, pisci with veal, and papardelle with ragù.

Delicious! The pici with white Chianina beef ragù and the tortelli with truffle and mushrooms are spectacular. The tiramisu is also excellent!

Solo traveller from Australia. Andrea and Albert made me feel very welcome. Burrata and tomato bruschetta with pistachios was delicious along with the traditional San Gimignano wines. They are very knowledgable and provide excellent service. Hopefully I will return one day. Highly recommend for a lunch stop!

Good pasta and appetizers But the Tiramisu is inedible (it's not a classic tiramisu, and it's so sweet that you can eat it.)

Typical Tuscan restaurant in the historic center of San Gimignano, with a nice selection of wines and typical dishes from crostoni to cutting boards, from first courses to desserts. Very good and abundant dishes. Lunch is managed by adults, in the evening by the kids. Having been there 2 nights in a row we only met the kids. But Erika, Lorenzo and all the others were GREAT!!! the welcome, the smile, the friendliness and the competence always... Keep going always like this guys! Long live the mandolin... 🤣🤣🤣

Ristorante Da Pode all' Hotel Sovestro

11/07/2025: A wonderful hotel! Just a stone's throw from San Gimignano, the rooms are very clean, as are the two pools. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The restaurant is in the Michelin guide, well deserved! We had a wonderful and delicious stay!
29/06/2025: We spent a wonderful few days here. Great hotel, delicious food, excellent wines, and a beautiful location. I highly recommend it.
