Great food with a menu that shows passion and research in the kitchen with non-trivial ingredients, pleasant environment and particular architecture. Convenient parking in the immediate vicinity.

We took a tasting menu with wine pairing. The dishes were very beautiful to look at but above all very good. In the end we had 2 really interesting desserts with 2 very appropriate accompanying wines. Excellent service.... The owners were very kind and we stayed to chat for a while before leaving... Well done.. Keep it up.... Highly recommended place.....

This was our first time at this restaurant. From the outside, you can't tell what you'll find. It's hidden away. The place is quaint and pleasant. It's well-kept. The welcome was very professional and courteous. The lady in charge was truly kind and knowledgeable. She was passionate about her work. The food was delicious. High-quality ingredients. The menu was original and sophisticated. Prices were in line with the offerings. The vegetarian and vegan dishes were very good and anything but ordinary. The varied menu caters to all tastes. A pleasant and satisfying family dinner.

Well done! Let me start by saying we already knew the place, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Prato. As for the food, it was all truly delicious, made with excellent ingredients; research, innovation, seasonality, and respect for the ingredients are the key words in their approach to cooking. Furthermore, Giulia's kindness and professionalism make you feel at home. She's also very knowledgeable about pairing wines with the dishes, and chef Alessio is truly talented. Overall, a fantastic place, top-notch dishes thanks to a brilliant chef, Giulia's excellent service, and the price was even too low for the level of experience. My only complaint is this: the chef is definitely not a teetotaler! Giulia, take care of that! Hahaha I've been back several times already, and you should too; you won't regret it. Cheers!

Non ci sono davvero parole per l'accoglienza, la qualità ed estrema professionalità che sempre caratterizza il locale e lo Staff. È SEMPRE COME SE FOSSE LA PRIMA VOLTA! Amore a prima vista. Chi prova le Cento Buche sicuramente non lo abbandona più, perché è sempre davvero un'esperienza culinaria, un viaggio in sapori e piatti che sicuramente non scorderete!

Delizioso locale all'interno di un piccolo borgo ristrutturato recentemente, molto particolare nella struttura e nell'arredamento. Pochi coperti che permettono di trascorrere una serata molto molto piacevole e tranquilla. Degni di nota la competenza e professionalità di Giulia per il servizio in sala e la bravura e professionalità di Alessio in cucina. Abbinamenti e piatti fantastici, un'esplosione di sapori ad ogni portata. Assolutamente consigliato, non si rimane mai delusi.
