Welcoming and spacious atmosphere with plenty of space between tables. Attentive owner. Excellent food. We're now regulars. Try it and believe it!

Let's start by saying that it's a nice place, that the staff is kind and very helpful (I even managed to change the composition of a dish 😀), that the service is fast enough, that the food is really good and well-prepared and that, finally, the cost is very honest. For an appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, a quarter of wine and two bottles of water: €45. What more could you ask for? Well done.

a Saturday in May for lunch, few people, sober but very kind welcome, simple and essential environment, perhaps a little too much... excellent veal with tuna sauce, tajarin with ragu too, too few, we would have eaten double... very good rabbit... fair prices...

Ho prenotato alle Carbunere per festeggiare la prima comunione di mio figlio e tutto è stato perfetto dall'inizio alla fine!! Cibo tutto ottimo,ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per l'ambiente, praticamente il locale era tutto per noi e il proprietario (molto gentile e disponibile) ha chiuso il cancello mantenendo un ambiente sicuro per i bambini!! Per i miei ospiti e stata una piacevole scoperta dove mangiare bene con tranquillità in un ambiente molto piacevole e intimo. Sicuramente torneremo tutti molto volentieri!! Ancora grazie hai proprietari!!🙏

10/09/2025: Welcomed and accompanied by excellent service, you can sample truly excellent cuisine, with the second courses being better than the first courses, and a surprising cheese cart with a wide selection of excellent quality. To round out the meal, a beautifully presented dessert cart offers a mix of traditional Piedmontese wines and delicacies. The wine list is very solid, with both reds and whites, including a good selection of half bottles. It's worth repeating that the service is incredibly impeccable and complements the meal in a unique way. One small flaw, which nevertheless adds to the place's character, is the slightly dated furnishings. Highly recommended.

02/10/2025: A good restaurant-pizzeria in the center of Turin.
17/09/2025: Of the six courses, three could be improved, and by far. The spectacular parcel was the best dish. The package was bland and lacking in salt. The Piedmontese trio: excellent veal with tuna sauce, average tartare, and sausage lacking in salt and flavor. The battered cod was flavorless, and could have been anything. The waiter was excellent. The location was excellent.
