Le Carbunere Ristorante Agrituristico In Pinerolo

Discovered by chance, on a hot August day, this farmhouse welcomed us in the shade of a small garden, cool with a light breeze. We were accompanied through dishes of a revisited local tradition, with 0 km products. Dishes full of imagination and love, refined and non-trivial, with attention to all the details, from the fresh flowers on the tables to the presentation of the various courses. You can choose anything because everything is good. A family runs it with passion and this creates an enveloping environment.

Fresh, bright, it's a nice place, the food is taken care of in detail, it's very good, it also has the possibility of serving vegetarian food, the service was excellent... I'll be back with pleasure.

LE CARBUNERE è probabilmente il modo migliore per concedersi un pasto elegante appena fuori Pinerolo senza per forza svenarsi. Questo agri-ristorante, aperto da alcuni anni dai titolari dell'azienda agricola situata in quei di Villar Perosa, é posto poco lontano dalla città della Cavalleria, è facile arrivarci e dispone di un comodo parcheggio interno. LE CARBUNERE, da noi visitato recentemente ci ha dato immediatamente una sensazione di ordine e pulizia. In una sala non grande ma lumisosa, tutti i tavoli sono posti ben distanziati tra loro a tutto vantaggio della privacy dei commensali, mentre l' assenza di confusione e vociare molesto, assai comune in parecchi ristoranti, consente di meglio assaporare i loro piatti. Il menù non è vastissimo, ma ben suddiviso, con ricette della tradizione Piemontese, preparate in maniera accurata e con buone materie prime la cui provenienza é rigorosamente riportata sul menù. Le porzioni sono più che soddisfacenti. La carta dei vini vede parecchi prodotti del tarritorio presentati a prezzi onesti, così come il conto finale. Molto buono e garbato il servizio al tavolo. Mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente.

LE CARBUNERE is probably the best way to treat yourself to an elegant meal just outside Pinerolo without necessarily fainting. This agri-restaurant, opened a few years ago by the owners of the farm located in Villar Perosa, is located not far from the city of Cavalleria, it is easy to get there and has a convenient internal car park. LE CARBUNERE, which we recently visited, immediately gave us a feeling of order and cleanliness. In a room that is not large but bright, all the tables are placed well apart from each other to the advantage of the privacy of the diners, while the absence of confusion and annoying shouting, very common in many restaurants, allows you to better savor their dishes. The menu is not very vast, but well divided, with traditional Piedmontese recipes, carefully prepared and with good raw materials whose origin is rigorously reported on the menu. The portions are more than satisfying. The wine list features many local products presented at honest prices, as does the final bill. The table service was very good and polite. I would highly recommend it.
