You absolutely must go here. This isn't a review event, but the owner is incredibly kind. If the steak is too expensive, they also have a semi-steak option! The lasagna, arugula steak, and raspberry tiramisu are delicious! The owner is also incredibly kind. ❤️

The owner was so kind. He waved at me from the moment I walked in. I ordered the 800g carbonara and T-bone steak, and they were much more delicious than the Dalosx I had the day before. I'm not sure if they cook the pasta extra well because I'm Korean, but they cook it to the same level as Korean noodles, and the portion was larger than I expected. After I finished, he asked if I wanted dessert and gave it to me as a gift. They don't charge a table fee here, but they automatically add a service tip, so I think the dessert price is a bit high. However, the tiramisu was really delicious. The tip was included, and the service was great. Oh, by the way, we ordered rare, but instead of the hot stone plate, I think medium-rare or medium would have been more appropriate. It was a pleasant ending to my last night in Florence.

I was here with my sister, and Vilma welcomed us as if we were guests in her home. Wonderful, stunning location, attention to detail, quality food and wine. We had ribollita and pappa al pomodoro for dinner, all accompanied by an excellent Rosso di Montalcino from La Fuga. A surprise! Everything was fabulous. We'll be back as soon as possible!

Wonderful place in the heart of Florence. High-quality traditional cuisine. Attention to detail and customer service. The staff welcomed us with great professionalism, kindness, and sweetness, reserving a table for us inside, despite the heavy tourist traffic. We began by tasting a super Tuscan wine from the Ruffino winery, "Modus." A sensory journey through Tuscan aromas and flavors. Followed by a delicious sbriciolona with artichokes; semi-mature and mature Tuscan pecorino cheeses. To finish, excellent pici with cavolo nero (black cabbage) and sausage, and pici with rabbit and Tagalog olives. An incredible experience. Absolutely recommended and very rare. Wonderful Vilma. We left our hearts.

Aside from Aldo's incredible, exquisite service, the place is welcoming, the food is excellent, with traditional flavors, truly delicious (don't miss it!). It's definitely not a tourist trap. And it's located across from the Capelle Mediciée.

The service is great and the food is delicious!! I highly recommend the truffle raviola. The atmosphere is also great, with a Christmas feel. The owner is especially cute! The tiramisu they serve at the end was also delicious☺️
