31/12/2025: I discovered this place for lunch with my boss and my work colleagues and I liked it very much..Piccolino is very welcoming..The food was excellent and the desserts fantastic!!!

It has a very welcoming and informal atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a quiet brunch. The ambiance is simple yet refined, with a mood that makes you feel like you've stepped into a small neighborhood bistro, far from the tourist bustle of the city. I particularly appreciated the quality of the products: fragrant artisanal croissants, generously filled tramezzini, and a coffee that paired everything with just the right amount of heat. The staff was courteous, willing to explain what they were serving, and happy to recommend a few specials of the day. There's also a good selection of sandwiches and drinks if you want to stop for a light aperitivo. The atmosphere is suitable for those looking for a place to work with a coffee and free Wi-Fi, as well as those who simply want to relax and read a book. Although it's not in the historic center, I think it's a little gem for those who want to experience Rome through its less touristy locales. In short: Bistrot 23 is one of those places that pampers you with simplicity, good quality, and a genuine atmosphere. I'd gladly return to try the cocktails and savory dishes, which looked promising.
