Le Bubbole In Matera

The restaurant is stylish, gorgeous atmosphere and fantastic service. The appetisers were nice. I ordered the egg dish and the saffron risotto but sadly I found the flavours in both dishes a little unpleasant. Overall I had a great evening at the restaurant.

We first dined at Le Bubbole when we were visiting Matera and were so impressed by the amazing food and professional service that we chose it for our wedding celebration—and it was the best decision! A special thanks to Sabino, who made everything run smoothly and helped to organize everything in less than a month! And thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding service. The food, wine pairing, and organization were perfect. The highlight of the night was the rooftop champagne tower with fireworks and a stunning Sassi view—absolutely unforgettable! Us and our guests loved every moment, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Sabino, and the whole team, for making our day so special!

Stunning place, great service, sublime food

Ambiente incantevole, curato davvero nei minimi dettagli e dall'atmosfera tranquilla e romantica. Abbiamo scelto due menù degustazione da 5 portate con abbinamento vino e che dire...davvero tutto molto buono. Piatti curati nei minimi dettagli. Il personale molto attento e preparato all'altezza del posto in cui si trova. Consiglio davvero questo ristorante perché ne varrà la pena.

Ottimi piatti con accostamenti perfetti, anche la materia prima utilizzata TOP. Una cena stupenda, personale molto gentile. La qualità giustamente si paga un pò di più. Esperienza perfetta
