One of the best places we ate on our trip to Puglia!

What a wonderful choice! Quiet and sophisticated atmosphere, delicious food, the friendliest and kindest staff (which is something to look out for when you do not speak Italian) and good food/wine recommendations. I didn’t ask the name of the sommelier but he was excepcional! So professional, nice and kind, and led us to choose great vino di Matera.

Top class, They also have a magnificent rooftop to start with an aperitif, The entire staff was great, we really enjoyed ourselves

The restaurant is stylish, gorgeous atmosphere and fantastic service. The appetisers were nice. I ordered the egg dish and the saffron risotto but sadly I found the flavours in both dishes a little unpleasant. Overall I had a great evening at the restaurant.

We first dined at Le Bubbole when we were visiting Matera and were so impressed by the amazing food and professional service that we chose it for our wedding celebration—and it was the best decision! A special thanks to Sabino, who made everything run smoothly and helped to organize everything in less than a month! And thanks to the entire staff for their outstanding service. The food, wine pairing, and organization were perfect. The highlight of the night was the rooftop champagne tower with fireworks and a stunning Sassi view—absolutely unforgettable! Us and our guests loved every moment, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Sabino, and the whole team, for making our day so special!
