I visited this wonderful restaurant for my husband's birthday with friends. We opted for a tasting menu that truly amazed us with its meticulous attention to detail throughout the dishes, where we always found traditional flavors with a modern twist that never distorted the dish's origins. A special mention goes to the slow-cooked egg, with its truly unique flavor and elegant presentation, and the stuffed tagliatella. An exceptional dinner. All the dishes were delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The service was attentive and courteous; I haven't eaten so well in years. Definitely worth a try.

This evening we ate à la carte, choosing an appetizer, two first courses, and a dessert. The service was impeccable; compliments to the staff for their helpfulness and attentiveness. Compliments also go to the chef for his attention to ingredients and flavors. Personally, I can say he's done a great job of preserving Italian ingredients and dishes while blending contemporary cuisine. If you're passing through Matera, I absolutely recommend eating here and enjoying an aperitif on the terrace.

A highly recommended place, evocative and perfect for moments of true relaxation. The atmosphere is enhanced by the menu designed by chef Gabriele Marino, which combines flavor with tradition and innovation. Sight, taste, and smell are awakened by the ingredients, which blend in an explosion of flavors worth letting yourself be transported by, creating a magnificent magic for the palate. An experience worth trying, paired with recommended wines that enhance everything. The service is also excellent and attentive. In short, if you find yourself in Matera, stop by the "Le Bubbole" restaurant and experience their dishes and the perfect view of the Sassi.

Let's start by saying it was an excellent culinary experience! Unfortunately, we only realized after paying that the "The Fork" discount hadn't been applied and that a 15% tip had been added to the bill, without mentioning it. Which made the whole thing a little less special, leaving us with a bitter taste. Too bad, the details make the difference, in this case, for the worse.

What a wonderful choice! Quiet and sophisticated atmosphere, delicious food, the friendliest and kindest staff (which is something to look out for when you do not speak Italian) and good food/wine recommendations. I didn’t ask the name of the sommelier but he was excepcional! So professional, nice and kind, and led us to choose great vino di Matera.
