Wonderful place and atmosphere. The food was so fresh, delicious and what is also important it was cuisine typical for Calabria. The architecture, interior design and Owner with the Staff are very warm and welcoming. This place is so peaceful and so close to the big city like Tropea. Definitely worth to visit and try Le Breste menu. If I will come to Calabria again I will for sure visit Le Breste once again. Next time I would also stay in they B&B. A wonderful discovery on Mount Poro. In an old barn tastefully renovated with respect for tradition, elegant Calabrian cuisine reflects tradition but pays attention to balance. A fine selection of local wines makes for a truly enjoyable evening. Excellent, I definitely recommend the house antipasto.

The food is good, with high-quality ingredients. I recommend booking inside. The exterior is a bit too rustic and doesn't live up to the quality of the dishes served. The price is fair for the quality, and the portions are okay. The service is very, very slow, but it's a Slow Food place, with very kind and accommodating waiters. 3 mixed appetizers, 3 first courses, 2 desserts with water and ½ glass of wine for €95. The price is okay if you eat inside, but it's definitely not worth eating outside.

From the moment we tasted the complimentary biscuits, we were impressed by the quality of the food. Excellent value for money, especially compared to prices in Tropea. A former barn converted into a restaurant with a lovely terrace, serving traditional cuisine. We enjoyed the setting and the food so much, with a special mention for the traditional antipasti, that we returned two nights in a row. A must-try if you're in Tropea; Le Breste is every bit as good as the restaurants in the town center.

5 stars only because it can't be better 😊 My husband, my mother-in-law, and I (we have 3 different palates but all demanding 😊) went there for dinner 2 evenings. Enchanting place, 10+ star cuisine, hospitality and staff that couldn't be better (very kind and very, very well-prepared) a special praise to the head waiter who was simply fantastic. I can't wait to go back!!! (even if unfortunately I will have to wait 1 year 🥲) Thank you so much ❤️ a note of praise for the appetizer and the licorice cheesecake) A greeting also to the fox Giovanna (seen for a short while but who forgets?! 😍)

An intimate setting, authentic cuisine, and excellent quality ingredients. The strawberry tiramisu is a gem not to be missed.

Beautiful and unique location. Delicious dishes, especially the ones with 'nduja. We loved it so much that the owner kindly provided us with the producer's contact information. Highly recommended! (They have a smaller lunch menu, but unfortunately we only discovered it at the table. We'll definitely be back for dinner and try other dishes!)
