Great address and not expensive: the yogurt ice cream is delicious and we choose 3 tops above fruits, chocolates, pistachios… the choice is wide. I recommend this address. On the other hand, the service is not pleasant: please make an effort

One of the best pastry shops in Lucca, we recommend it for any dessert from the most classic (the millefeuille, the fruit tart or the delight that all the people of Lucca have in mind) up to the cheesecakes, the 3 chocolates, the profiteroles... in short, it is an institution in Lucca !
Also highly recommended is the ice cream, few flavors but one better than the other, and the frozen yogurt with which you can have fun with the toppings because there are a thousand types. The place only has a few external benches and there is parking but you have to pay attention to the large road in front. The staff is very friendly in general, but from experience you have to be careful who serves you, sometimes I get served half the ice cream…

I have nothing to complain about the goodness and quality of the products, we know that they are truly excellent
BUT getting an ice cream cone (but even a cup is no better) is a challenge. Virtually no one knows how to put ice cream on the cone, the ice cream is squashed halfway up the cone without a shape and never stands up. Plus, when you use spatulas I understand it's not easy but you can't dirty them with three different flavors and then put them back in the tanks and risk giving someone an allergy.
Maybe a course in serving ice cream with a spatula would be in order.
Smiling more would be nice too.

Very good ice cream, even if the choice of flavors is not exactly vast.
The place is very nice and offers a large quantity of products such as cakes or waffles to eat with ice cream.
There is no place to sit inside, only a few seats outside.
Too bad about the prices, really high!
