Le Bistrot In Roma

Vengo in questo ristorante da un po' di tempo ormai perché trovo la cucina speciale e le due proprietarie altrettanto con la loro gentilezza e ospitalità. Purtroppo però l'aumento dei prezzi dell'ultimo anno e, per alcune portate, la diminuzione delle quantità, mi portano a tornarci meno frequentemente.

Una cena vegana ottima e abbondante!!! Tempi d'attesa un po' lunghi unica pecca, ma sicuramente il cibo ottimo Posto consigliato!

The place is nice and the owners seem like lovely people, they are kind and smiling. We will definitely come back because the proposals on the menu were captivating and above all tasty: we appreciated the crostini with "stracchino" and figs, the apple with walnuts and gondino, the Venetian-style tempeh, "chicken" alla cappella (obviously all vegan). I must also praise the bread and the oil, I found them both excellent.

I had two incredible dinners at Le Bistrot. Daniela and Barbara are such lovely people and each of the courses was so flavourful. Honestly I am so thankful that there is a wholly vegan restaurant that I can order a well thought out 4 course meal. Their menu changed between my two visits and I went with much of their recommendations. The creativity they have in the dishes has me wanting to try and recreate a bit of the magic at home. The restaurant itself is very cute on the inside too and would make an excellent date night spot. It is worth taking the bus there and the bus stop is only a couple minute walk away. When I come back to Rome I will be sure to have dinner there again!

Good food but perhaps a little old in style, very basic presentation of the dishes. Service a little affected, overall nice atmosphere even if a little too formal

Everything was delicious, from starters to dessert. All vegan. Super recommend!

Vegan restaurant, small but welcoming location in the heart of Garbatella in Rome. 100% vegan food, service a little slow.

I recently visited Le Bistrot, a place with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, managed by a young and courteous staff who make the experience pleasant. The culinary proposal is extremely simple - perhaps too simple: despite the care taken in the preparation, the presentation is so essential that it makes the dishes appear a little "sad". It wouldn't take much to make them more appealing, like two roasted potatoes next to the scallops or a vegetable cream cheese on the spaghetti, for example (I attach photos). Given the small number of dishes on the menu, one would expect shorter waiting times: for two first courses, a second course and a cup of ice cream, we spent around three hours (from 8.30pm to 11.30pm), an aspect that it could definitely be improved. Overall, however, it was a positive experience, thanks also to the courtesy of the girls in the room and the honest quality-price ratio.

A very familiar place, characterized by an elegant Christmas atmosphere. The food is crazy, we tried a braised legume that melted in your mouth and an exceptional coconut cake. The owners are welcoming and very nice! I absolutely recommend going there🌱
