If you go to San Savino, very close to Arezzo, towards Siena, be sure to try to eat at Le Bindi. You are going to have a wonderful experience. You will eat at a large table of up to 20 people. You don't choose a menu. Every day they prepare a different one with local and seasonal products. A kind of tasting menu that will leave you shocked. Quality, careful and very natural elaboration. A good wine list and a surprising price. And the treatment is most pleasant. You will enjoy an experience that may not be in the great gastronomy or tourism guides, but that I recommend because you will savor it a lot and in every way.

Convivial location; the absence of a menu is characteristic, you eat what has been prepared; don't worry, the products are of high quality and the courses are divided but recurring with well-prepared and well-cooked dishes, some of which are truly excellent. Interesting wine list with honest prices and a good selection. A place to spend a pleasant evening. Advised!!!

Estábamos muy emocionados de comer en Le Bindi como lo recomendaron los amigos. Íbamos a celebrar los 80 años de mi marido. La idea de estar en una mesa de 20 personas fue muy emocionante. En cambio, cuando llegamos allí Paolo nos dijo que nos sentaríamos en una mesa de solo nosotros 5 en la bodega junto con otra mesa de 4. Los pasos a la bodega eran tan peligrosos, especialmente para 2 de nosotros con bastones. Aparentemente la prioridad fue a una fiesta de BD de 1 año para la mesa de 20. Además la otra mesa de 4 incluía un bebé llorando. Nada en contra de los niños sino otra decepción. Si me hubieran informado antes de nuestra reserva sobre dónde nos habrían sentado, probablemente habría cancelado comer allí y reservado en otro lugar. Condujimos más de 1 hora y media para llegar a Le Bindi para una decepción, no importa venir de los Estados Unidos de vacaciones. Como nota positiva, la comida estaba deliciosa en su mayoría y Paolo explicó la mayoría de las porciones. Recomendaría este lugar, pero asegúrese de que está sentado en la mesa de 20.

A super successful surprise menu with 11 courses and great white and red wines, which were recommended to us by the friendly owner. A fabulous price-performance ratio.

We ate here for 40th birthday dinner. Twelve courses (not counting bread or espresso) of deliciousness. From the fig toast to the chicken pate and rabbit, each course was awesome. The wine list was extensive and the co-owner was very helpful with wine pairing. If you get the chance to eat here, make sure you do. You won't regret it.
