Great choice and lovely evening

We were there last night, the service was excellent, the waiters were really polite and friendly, the pizza was excellent, the only flaw was a platter of cold cuts that we had as an appetizer, the cold cuts were of very poor quality and the mortadella in particular smelled, served without cheese and with very few slices of low-quality bread, but otherwise the pizza was top.

A wonderful discovery..... A wonderful family evening. We celebrated a birthday. What can I say, everything was good, in fact excellent.... Starting with the appetizers, a delight. The pizza was excellent, the drinks were cold and brought to the table on time. Not to mention the hot and tasty side dishes. Chips, croquettes and everything else... Delicious desserts.... We've been going to this place for years and enjoy their famous pizzas at home too, but last night we went to the outdoor seating. I repeat, nothing to complain about the food, but the service was way too slow. There's only one manager taking orders, Mr. Antonio, a spectacular person, precise and very friendly, but he can't manage a place that can hold over 100 people alone, so for us the only thing they need to fix is ​​the order service. Last night we ordered at 9:00 PM and ate at 10:45 PM. With kids, it's really difficult to manage the hunger situation🤣.

Since 2022, we've been stopping by Le Arcate every summer for its pizzas, both gluten-free and traditional. The selection of doughs is truly varied, and the seafood dishes are excellent. For us celiacs, it's a go-to place because it offers several safe and tasty options and is a member of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association). Furthermore, the staff is always available, attentive, and very kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The pizza was excellent; I recommend the Murgese with crusco peppers and cardoncelli mushrooms. Excellent selection of beers. Service was a bit slow, but the outdoor dining area was full and there were only four waiters serving... given the amount of work they did, they even did better than expected.

It's difficult to talk about this place, trying to be objective: it's a place close to my heart. But, feelings aside, this is home, a friendly place, with great professionalism both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A family place, run by a great woman, Signora Francesca. The linguine with clams is excellent. If you're in Pulsano, go to Le Arcate. Trust me.

I'm assuming this is purely a personal opinion, but I had very high expectations. There are many good pizzerias in the area, so I expected Le Arcate to be one of them. My mistake: the pizza was very average, with few toppings and not very high quality (my Diavola had very little salami, and the sausages on my daughter's pizza were also few and small). Personally, I'd gotten good feedback from previous customers, but apparently something needs to change. The wait staff is really young, but they're still a bit inexperienced, even though they show a great desire to work; they smile, are friendly, and are quick. The outdoor dining area is beautiful, suitable for large groups.

The pizza was neither good nor bad, but the service left much to be desired. We tried four different pizzas and, unfortunately, none of them impressed us. The ingredients were excellent quality and flavorful, but the dough was nothing special. The real problem was the service: short staff and very long waits to order and be served. The wait staff was hard to find and poorly trained, creating inconvenience and waiting. The price is slightly above average, justified by the quality of the ingredients but not the dough. All things considered, I don't think we'll be back.
