Had lunch here among the olive trees and vineyard. Tasted our own wine and olive oil. The antipasti was so much that it stopped there, but oh what a beautiful place this is!

Quiet farmhouse in the Siena area. Excellent restaurant. Unfortunately the swimming pool is neglected and not clean.

Visited for dinner. Local food, very well prepared. Location a bit hidden, but well worth the visit. Outside terrace is a beautiful place to spent an evening. Wine from own production at a very fair price.

Sax Wine Bar

17/12/2024: I had lunch a few days ago with my mother: for us, the definitive place to taste typical local meats and cheeses (all homemade). The owner's welcome was warm and never intrusive. I will be back to taste their cuisine, which given the premises, can only be excellent!
10/11/2024: The Sax Bar rocks! You can breathe an air of authenticity!♥️ If you are in Montepulciano it is a must! Well stocked with wines, platters, starters and sandwiches! Compared to what's on offer in the area, it has truly affordable prices which gives you the chance to enjoy the local offerings without having to spend too much! Generous portions for all tastes! The girls are very nice and kind, the place is also a gem! Highly recommended
