A property nestled in a truly fascinating area, among olive groves and vineyards. Perhaps it deserves a little more attention, but we had a pleasant weekend. The food was also delicious. The prima donnas, the cat princess, and her fox friend. The service, especially in the evening, was attentive and attentive.

Sometimes dreams come true. An enchanting place immersed in nature and absolute silence. The ideal getaway to regenerate body and soul. Rooms and spaces are meticulously maintained, just like a true and authentic country farmhouse. We had a truly unique experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you also for helping us with a little mishap🔝 Strategic location for those who love thermal waters, centrally located between Chianciano Terme, Bagni San Filippo, and Bagni Vignoni, as well as places like Montepulciano and Pienza...and so much more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This place holds so much potential, yet it’s clearly not being managed to match its possibilities. From what I can tell, the owners don’t seem particularly invested in running it well. There’s a large wine tasting hall and plenty of parking — infrastructure that could support crowds like those in Montepulciano. But realistically, that kind of volume isn’t happening here. Groups could be a market opportunity, but the access road is narrow and dotted with low-hanging branches — not exactly bus-friendly. So why mention the management at all, especially since we came for lunch? Because I noticed something worth talking about: a few dedicated staff doing their best despite the circumstances. That kind of quiet commitment stands out. I’ve seen it in other places too — sometimes it’s not the name above the door but the people inside that make the difference. To their credit, the cook served up a delicious lunch. The wine was excellent, and the setting is genuinely beautiful. It’s a place that could shine — if only someone gave it the attention it deserves.

A very beautiful place surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from town. The rooms have air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had dinner and lunch with excellent Tuscan dishes. Excellent wine and homemade olive oil. Friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and clean, with loungers and umbrellas. I would reconsider the breakfast, which is very limited and made with packaged products. It's a shame because, with a chef in the kitchen, they could do better. Overall, we had a great time. We hope to return.

Structure surrounded by greenery, very nice, with swimming pool and outdoor tables for breakfast. Service could be improved: if nothing else the staff is very kind and tries to do well, then the results are what they are… poor. The low ratings however are due to cleanliness, here we are just not there: it makes the whole stay go wrong to see that the only thing they do is pull up the sheets of the bed, while the floors and bathroom are absolutely not cleaned between one day and the next, but the worst thing is that not only do they not change the towels left on the floor on purpose, but you find them hung up again, ditto the shower mat. Not to mention the garbage can, which overflowed but they left it there making it impossible to throw other waste except outside. If it was cheap one could say ok we adapt, but for these levels and these prices no. Good dinner, normal breakfast (included).
