Food: Excellent quality, fresh, authentic ingredients from Lazio and the province of Rome, traditional dishes.
Service: Friendly, family-run, knowledgeable staff who speak foreign languages.
Ambience: Informal and elegant, welcoming, homey yet pleasant. The exterior overlooks the historic Piazza San Salvatore in Lauro, the church of the same name, and Via dei Coronari. Inside, comfortable seating and a large upper dining room. Cool in summer and warm in winter. Clean and spacious bathrooms worthy of a 5-star hotel, even with hairdryers and a changing area on the lower floor, but with a stairlift.

We dined inside because of the rain and cold, but outside dining was an option, which was outfitted under a covered patio with heaters.
I first noticed a framed degree for a certified Sommelier, Nicolo' Scaccia of Rome!!! This was such an honor! His expertise was very appreciated!
Nicolo's mother's homemade, apple cake was delicious. The food was exquisite; even the panini! He and his staff were amazing! Making our visit feel like dining in his home!
We will definitely visit again, God willing.

I have been to 22 countries and countless cities in between, this food has the Roman Culture in every bite. The service is wondrous and reminds us of being at a very kind person’s house. God Bless and 10/10 recommendation to everyone.

If you're looking for authentic Italian food and a quiet place to enjoy an evening, I highly recommend this restaurant.
The service is top-notch, and if you have mobility issues, there's an elevator since the restroom is located on the lower level.
You can watch them make your pizza in a brick oven if you decide to go inside. There are also tables outside where you can watch people go about their day.

For the Jubilee, we came to this typical restaurant, which I found excellent! We ate the supplì and the famous bucatini all'amatriciana and tonnarelli cacio e pepe, which I found truly delicious. I recommend you try this restaurant!

My favorite place in all of Rome! I spend my evenings there every time I come here. The prices are reasonable, the service is good, and the food is, mmmmmmmm😅

I don't know why people complain. It's a nice place with good food. Decent wait time. Very friendly service. The spaghetti carbonara was a bit different, but tasty. The pizza was a bit cold. The Aperol Spirit was very good. Unfortunately, only a small beer was available—a major shortcoming. Overall, it was okay.
