Excellent location, excellent services (dedicated parking, spa, ski storage, shuttle to the slopes) and optimal service (perfect restaurant). It is a 3 star hotel that is absolutely recommended.

First time for us in Moena. We had a great time. The building is a little dated but the rooms are very clean and the staff impeccable. Courtesy, efficiency, availability, attention to all details and above all the smile and kindness of ALL the staff is what awaits you if you decide to stay here. Mr. Lorenzo, owner, an exquisite person, will make you have magical moments during gala evenings and with his stories. Amazing and plentiful food, you can taste the typical products of the area. Very nice wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath that allows you to relax at the end of the day. The location in the center is strategic, close to the ski bus stops that take you to the Alpe Lusia and San Pellegrino pass lifts or to those in Pozza di Fassa which give access to all the slopes above Canazei and the Sellaronda. In a week we tried all the areas without ever repeating the same slopes, fantastic. Free private parking in front of the hotel. I would like to especially thank Alin and Nicoletta for pampering us every evening at dinner and Mariana who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with her smile. Super positive experience.

A nice relaxing holiday. Excellent location, clean hotel and very polite staff, Mr. exceptional. Lorenzo, owner. Alin also super. The only thing I would improve is the management of children. It is said that it is a hotel for families, there is a very small room for them. There is the mini club, my daughter had a lot of fun, the only thing is that they want to offer a service for children and then make the children's behavior weigh, if they laugh, joke and shout. Perhaps a space for them would be more appropriate, perhaps on the -1 floor, away from the relaxation area. The New Year's Eve evening was beautiful and fun, the food was good. A good facility!
