The staff is almost entirely very professional, attentive to detail and capable of making the experience even more enjoyable with their courtesy and competence. The cuisine is different from the usual, creative and incredibly refined in every dish. You can perceive the passion and the search for unique, balanced and refined flavors. It is rare to find places so perfect in every aspect—from the environment to the service, to the quality of the dishes. I can't wait to return to experience this exceptional reality again and discover other proposals on the menu. Congratulations to all the staff for the impeccable work! A 9.5/10 only because, perhaps, there is always that margin to reach absolute perfection... but you are very close! I will definitely return!
