Located in a doorway under the porticoes, it has a small outdoor area and a small indoor area. Very quiet and intimate. Typical local dishes, such as excellent red gnocchi and tortelli, are served quickly and the waiters are very helpful. The bathrooms are small but clean. Prices are average.

I can't understand the bad reviews. Super friendly service, great food—seasoned to suit all palates, and even some you can add your own seasoning—and one of the few restaurants that makes almost everything from scratch. What more could you want? Of course, if you're expecting only Michelin-starred cuisine with bird-sized portions and excessive decoration, you won't find what you're looking for here. Everyone else will be satisfied. The starter, main course, wine, and water are included.

Four of us happened upon this restaurant by chance – the atmosphere was very pleasant in the small, authentic courtyard. The service was exceptionally good, humorous, and even small special requests were immediately accommodated.
This translates to good customer acquisition, as we've been there several times.
The standard price-performance ratio is excellent, and the meals are tasty and filling.

Service was fast and friendly.
The Schlutzkrapfen were good but very poorly presented on the plate. No decorations, such as salad, etc. We wouldn't recommend them; our tip: there are definitely better restaurants in Merano.

Actually, it's a nice place for a cozy meal. Unfortunately, our chosen main courses (Wiener Schnitzel with salad and veal schnitzel with asparagus and potatoes) were rather boring and almost bland. At this price, there was still plenty of room for improvement in terms of flavor.

A solid spot with good food. We had dinner here twice and were very satisfied with the quality for the price. While I would’ve liked to see a bit more variety on the menu, it’s still perfectly fine as is.

I don't understand how this "Top of the Range" place can have low reviews... we had a DIVINE lunch... excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.
