Among the best steak houses in the province... Sashi off the menu (too bad we weren't told; we noticed when we left). Florentine meal of rubia gallega. Excellent wine list, even if the markup is significant and the wine list needs updating.

Location & food top-notch...Dessert: The warm pistachio muffin with a liquid center was divine. The only thing missing was the limoncello offered by the restaurant 😉.

unfortunately was quite disappointing - ambience and service was great, terrific wine list and tried to rectify the cooking of the steak without hesitation and promptly - slight bill adjustment to compensate but, sirloin was ordinary/tasteless/tough and the chef needs to understand the difference between medium, medium-well and rare/raw has all the potential and some lovely aged meat, but cooking steak is not difficult

Been to this place several times, nice location with a beautiful internal cloister, always good food with special dishes, friendly staff

It is a place near Lake Como. When you enter you have the feeling of being in the old, but well-kept cellar of a noble house, with a refined cellar. The atmosphere is therefore "homely" and the idea is to taste the typical traditional dishes, according to grandma's recipe. The pizzoccheri with chard and lots of cheese are a real delicacy, as are the local cheeses and cured meats. The service is attentive and friendly, the cost a little higher than expected, but quality is paid for. I would go back!

Locale accogliente, in zona fantastica all’interno delle mura del vento di Como. personale gentile professionale è veramente disponibile, complimenti, vale il viaggio. Tutto molto buono! Abbiamo mangiato oltre 1,5kg di carne in due, top ! Pure’ con troppo aglio e polenta da salare un pochino. Consigliato

Un premio a questo locale bisognerebbe farlo innanzitutto anche solo per il sorriso di una delle ragazze che servono ai tavoli, e lei è la ragione delle mie cinque stelle, che do rarissimamente quando recensisco ristoranti. Ritengo tuttavia che in un'epoca di musoni un bel sorriso vada premiato, per questo do una stella in più di quante avrei date. Il locale è accogliente e caratteristico, il personale gentile e il cibo è decisamente buono. Ci sono stato con un amico diverse volte e mi sono trovato sempre bene. Questa volta abbiamo preso degli ottimi formaggi per iniziare, io poi ho proseguito con un'ottima tagliata (un burro) e l'altra persona ha gustato degli ottimi ravioloni di zucca. Abbiamo terminato con una pallina di gelato gusto Malaga e una Creme Brulé. Due caffè per concludere. Abbiamo bevuto due calici di buon Merlot.il locale è nel centro storico di Como, in un antico cortile per la precisione.o consiglio e ci tornerò presto.
