It's a great lunch break during a long journey. The servers are a bit slow, and there's often a line. However, the mozzarella and other cheeses are excellent, especially the various hard Gorgonzola cheeses topped with figs, blueberries, and pistachios. It's best to call ahead to have the various types of mozzarella put aside, as they often sell out by 2 pm.

We love stopping by whenever we're looking for something delicious and authentic. The mozzarella, ricotta, scamorza, and caciocavallo are truly exquisite. The sandwiches, made to order and filled with their own products, are also delicious. The welcoming restaurant, run by courteous and efficient staff, also offers a selection of dishes and a bar. It's definitely worth a visit.

We stopped at this lovely shop for a sandwich and some mozzarella. The staff were welcoming and always smiling, which is not a given. Well done.

Monday's unloading was efficient. The company opens at around 6:30 a.m., but there's a bit of a wait for unloading. Buses are loaded first, then unloaded. There's a scale at the entrance. There's a wide shoulder in front of the company, so you can park overnight.

Super good dairy and non-dairy products. Excellent mozzarella, sausages, bread, and scamorza. I'll be back.

We've been driving along the Telesina State Road 372 once or more a month for many years to visit Salento. We recently discovered this little corner of culinary paradise by chance while looking for a place to take a break and a nearby dairy to bring some delicious buffalo mozzarella to relatives. Not only excellent buffalo mozzarella, but also every delicacy, from cured meats to cheeses, dairy products of all kinds, and typical local products in a clean and modern setting. They also serve cold dishes, exceptional aromatic coffee, delicious shortcrust pastry, and typical Neapolitan sweets for a delicious breakfast or a memorable travel break. Friendly staff, minimal wait, tables to rest at, and prices even lower than average. It's located just a few dozen meters off the Telesina State Road 372, so there's no real detour to make, and I assure you it's absolutely worth it. We'll be stopping by on every future trip and highly recommend it to all travelers.
