Excellent mozza, kind and very polite staff

We stopped by by chance on the way out of Salento on vacation. What can I say...the mozzarella and ricotta were delicious. A beautiful and tidy place, with very kind and courteous staff, excellent cappuccinos, and delicious sfogliatelle. On the way back, we stopped by to buy more mozzarella, and since it was dinner time, we tried the platters, made to order and paid for by weight, of the cured meats and cheeses! We in Rome aren't used to superb quality at a modest price. Highly recommended!

Delicious buffalo mozzarella and many other products. Overall, the impression is very clean.

Beautiful reality, honestly, when I eat mozzarella I miss the intense flavor, in the sense that after a couple of chews, you no longer taste the buffalo flavor. Have a good day.

Friendly and courteous staff, excellent products, we discovered the dairy by chance; it was located in Lugo on our journey and we stopped there on the way there and since the discounts are excellent we also stopped on the way back. There is a bar inside the facility and the possibility of having lunch inside, recommended.

Excellent buffalo mozzarella and amazing fresh, uncured, smoked and unsmoked scamorza 😋 Mozzarella balls also available... Strictly buffalo! They also have many other unique products; we got a small bottle of anchovy sauce, which was a much-appreciated gift 👍🏻 Affordable prices and top quality ❣️

Found this dairy by chance, passing through on a trip from Rome to Salento. The buffalo mozzarella is excellent (available in various sizes), and the interior is well-maintained, with a modern, linear design, clean, and welcoming. The staff at the counter are very friendly. You can also sit at a table and sample the products in a corner of the premises used as a bar. Ample outdoor parking is available. Very fair prices. Highly recommended!
