It's not the first time my family has stopped at this dairy. The place has a large private car park. The place is welcoming and clean and in addition to the excellent buffalo mozzarella, which reigns supreme, there are other cheeses made from buffalo milk and cow's milk. Furthermore, on site it is possible to purchase other selected items such as honey, jams, pasta packages, sweets, liqueurs, etc. The most interesting initiative is to have equipped an area of ​​the dairy with chairs and tables where it is possible to taste the dairy's products directly on site.

Now a fixed stop. I purposely leave the motorway, travel along the Telesina state road, for a stop/lunch here with a sandwich, coffee, sweets and I always take away the buffalo mozzarella and more...

For work we pass through this road once a week, and a stop at this dairy is a must. We have had the opportunity to try others in the area but for us this one doesn't beat any of them. Great service and coffee too. I highly recommend it.
