Great location and hotel. Really enjoyed the room. Clean and comfortable, and temperature stayed low even thought it was 38°c outside!
The Le Meridien staff saved my honeymoon, simply put. I came to them after a terrible experience at another hotel, and they went out of their way to make me and my husband feel better. The staff is amazing, they are very kind and friendly, and available for anything you need. The restaurant has amazing food, the breakfast was one of the best I had during my trip, quality, delicious food all around. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, and most importantly cool. Rome is notorious for having hotels with poor air conditioning, this is NOT one of them. I recommend the Le Meridien with my eyes closed and will definitely stay here when I am back!

A good option to stay in Rome, I loved the place, the food and the bar upstairs, we had a great time, it's just that the shower is very small for big people like me and my partner, but other than that super

Booked this room last minute because of a horrible airbnb experience our first night in Rome. The staff was so kind and helpful making sure we knew to ask about any of our needs. Our check in process was swift and they accommodated all of our requests for our rooms. The rooftop bar had a variety of great cocktails and tapas options. Most of their staff was very friendly, just one seemed like maybe she wasn’t having the best day. The restaurant staff was also wonderful when we went for breakfast. The buffet had a great assortment that myself and my son were both able to find something to be happy with. My only negative comment is that the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable. I don’t know that I have ever stayed at a Marriott Brand hotel in a bed that was uncomfortable.
The location was amazing just a few minutes from Vatican City, the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain. We were anywhere in the city within a $15 taxi ride, which the hotel called for us each time. The walkable restaurants were fantastic as well. Take a journey a little further and go to Taverna Bacchus - drinks, dinner and homemade dessert to die for.

Romantic and elegant place, with refined food. Chef Gaglione presented his artistic culinary creations in person. The meter recommended some really good wines. I recommend trying the cannelloni stuffed with fish and for dessert the lemon delight, served with excellent passito wine. PS. The musician who accompanies the dinner with magical notes, which envelop you in a fairytale atmosphere, is very good. Congratulations to all managers and collaborators. For me to absolutely return.

Can't say enough nice things about this hotel, we LOVED our stay here! It was our first time visiting Rome as a family and we didn't want to deal with the hassle of an AirBnB or private lodging. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and wanted our accommodations to be hassle-free.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's in the Prati neighborhood of Rome, which is away from all the noise of the touristy areas but within a 20 minute walk or less to EVERYTHING. And by everything I mean, two of the best gelato shops in Rome (La Romana and Neve Di Latte, both literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel), great pizza and pasta (we ate at Malatera and Casa Prati and the Trattoria next to it, very good food and within a 5 minute walk) and if you have teenagers who love to shop, you are within a 12 minute walk to either the Prati shopping district (which is home to the first ever Brandy Melville boutique for those of you with teenage daughters and a nice Sephora) or in the other direction, the Via Del Corso area which is home to the largest Brandy Melville boutique in Rome and also home to all the luxury designer brands like Gucci, Fendi, Hermes, etc.. The Spanish Steps are only a 15 minute walk from the hotel and the Vatican and Colosseum are 20 minutes. We took an amazing cooking class at the Re-Bio local restaurant, which was also within a 20 minute walk. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel staff helps you find taxis (just ask the concierge in the lobby). Or you can use your Uber app.
Which brings me to my next point, the staff. I love the staff here! You can tell from the moment you enter they are geared towards an international crowd. I saw families from all parts of the world checking in, this is a great hotel for families. Everyone speaks English and is very helpful towards tourists. We had 3 rooms booked, and our maid went above and beyond to take care of us like family, even set up a dressing area in our rooms with slippers and everything.
The hotel itself has meal options if you are too tired to walk outside for food. This was great for us, because we were often late risers in the morning and missed the breakfast buffet but the lounge in the lobby had Cappuccino and light snacks and even full meals served at all time. My daughters favorite activity was sitting in the lounge at the end of the day sipping a Limonata and using the excellent hotel Wi-Fi to upload pictures from her trip to her Insta stories.
And then there are the amenities themselves. Their gym is wonderful, everything you need including refillable water bottles, towels, strength and cardio machines. The hotel rooms were a decent size for European hotels but always cleaned well when we came back from our tours. The hot water and water pressure in general was great, and the AIR CONDITIONING WAS EXCELLENT. Air conditioning was a major point that my husband wanted in the hotel when we were searching where to stay and this hotel did not disappoint. My daughters thought it was a little too chilly, and turned their AC off in their room and their room was still pleasantly cool (even though outside it was 95F, inside the room was 67F even with the AC turned off). A note about the showers, we booked three rooms so we got a chance to see the size of the bathroom differs between rooms. My husband and I got a shower that was kind of small, similar to the TSA booth they make you hold your hands up in. But next door, my daughters got a huge bathroom and a shower that was almost 6'x4' feet. If you are interested in getting a room that has a bigger shower, just let the front desk know, and they'll try to accommodate you.
All in all, we had a great family vacation, and the best part of the trip was knowing at the end of our long days we were coming back to a clean room with a comfortable bed, and where we didn't have to worry about Air Conditioning or Hot Water or what to eat. The hotel was so welcoming and so accommodating, my family has decided the next time we visit Rome this will be the place to stay.

I liked the hotel. It was tidy, clean, and close to vital places. The service was excellent and the reception was nice. I recommend it, especially the large rooms of the hotel. I find them suitable 👍
