The real priceless jewel of the place is the head waiter. Attentive, present and fun, he knows how to entertain customers. One of those personalities who fills and gives warmth to the room, only he together with his collaborators is worth five stars. The place is very beautiful, well-kept and well-kept with delicate, balanced and certainly innovative cuisine (if you go you must try the soup with apples, ginger and pumpkin! Absolutely divine with all the flavors in the right dosage). The bill was honest, the only discordant note was perhaps the owner's apprehension in training and hiring the new waiter. The place, its cuisine and its staff are absolutely worth a visit!

Locale carino e ben curato. Servizio cortese.( gradito l omaggio fatto dal cameriere di un assaggio in più.. anche xche le porzioni sono veramente minime. L antipasto x 2 di affettati è formaggio, mancante delle classiche bruschette toscane e poca quantità. Primo molto ristretto per il prezzo che viene chiesto. Potrebbe migliorare con un aggiunta sulle porzioni anche in merito al prezzo richiesto!

On New Year's Day on our way back from Rome we stopped and found this restaurant. The food and the hospitality were fantastic, everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend it!

04/04/2024: The restaurant was super busy and we had no reservation. But they still accommodated us and tried their best to make us feel welcome. The food was fantastic — outperforming expectations, actually, which were already high. A very special and cozy place.
