The dinner was amazing, Maestro Matteo Toma is a wonderful person!
We tried various gourmet pizzas, including the sweet ones. Everything was perfect.
They kindly cut a pizza in half for us to share between two people, bringing it already divided.

I'm here on vacation and I found this pizzeria. I travel often for work. I had the Dolce Vita pizza. I think it's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

This isn't just a pizzeria, but a laboratory of flavors where every pizza is an experience.
The pizzas are innovative, with unique and surprising combinations, the result of careful research and refined taste. These aren't just random ingredients thrown together; each combination is clearly crafted by someone with passion, expertise, and an extraordinary palate, and the result is a true explosion of flavors that will leave you speechless. We ordered two gourmet pizzas as appetizers. What can I say? The "Lupiae" was love at first bite: beautiful to look at and indescribable to taste. It's no surprise it won a trophy! A perfect balance of sweet, salty, aromatic, and crunchy. The "Ricordo d'infanzia" was also excellent, with that unrivaled cacio e pepe sauce. For my main pizza, I chose the "Siciliana," very unique but truly delicious, with a distinctive orange flavor. The "summer" and "Terra te casa" were also good, also a winner of the Italian Alternative Pizza Championship, with burnt wheat dough... a flavor explosion. The dough is neither Neapolitan nor Roman, but an original and successful fusion of the two, with a light, highly digestible, and very flavorful crust. Truly excellent.
Quick and courteous service, an intimate, clean, and well-kept restaurant. Special mention also goes to the pizza chef, Matteo, who is incredibly friendly and approachable. I loved it!
Not your average pizzeria, but a gastronomic journey worthwhile.

Pizza hatte einen großen Durchmesser und viel Belag, leider war die Pizza in der Mitte jedoch sehr „nass“ und auch nicht richtig warm. Also nur okay, kein Highlight. Bedienung war freundlich.
