È da 10 anni che passo qualche settimana d’estate in Salento, da quando ho scoperto l’Artigiano della Pizza è tappa immancabile del mio viaggio. Senza glutine e con molti altri impasti, la pizza si presenta bella e buonissima. Qualità e prezzo in linea con il servizio, l’ambiente e la bontà dei prodotti.

Posto accogliente, personale molto gentile , disponibile e super preparato. Una vasta varietà di pizze e tanto altro soprattutto tutto senza glutine. L’ impasto della pizza ottimo, delicato e leggero, la puccia salentina semplicemente spaziale. Tutto interamente senza glutine.
