It's the first time I came to this restaurant, it was a beautiful surprise, beautiful location and excellent quality food, in particular I recommend the tonnarelli gamberi e limone. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

I could really recommend this atmospheric restaurant in Ostia. It’s close to the center but not that much touristic, therefore they really care about guests, and cooking good to satisfy locals. My seafood plate was great (probably, too big for a one person), and the house wine was also decent. But the best thing is a polite and caring attitude from the owner, and the waiter Jann-Lucca. Even if you travel alone you won’t feel abandoned here. He speaks English good, can give you a good advice on dishes, and even suggest you a great local liquor when you’re leaving. I had a great late dinner there which made happy both my stomach and my heart. Really suggested to visit!

If you are a fish lover and you are in Ostia, I recommend you try this restaurant that offers an excellent culinary experience. The first courses, such as spaghetti with clams are prepared with great care and balance in flavors, the grilled fish is irresistible, cooked to perfection. The staff is courteous and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant.

Staff always available to satisfy your requests, ingredients at the base of the dishes fresh, on request also excellent raw, the simple but welcoming environment, even the outside of the place. I recommend it for spending an evening with family or friends.

A business dinner in this restaurant that is apparently not very well cared for in appearance but with important answers in food and service. The waiters were very good and knew how to put us at ease right away. The wine selection is interesting as is the food menu. The choice between land and sea is wide. The fish is well prepared and is tasty, good quality. Something to say about the fried food, a little dry and not very tasty. The desserts are good (but not very good). We will be back.

Relaxing and romantic environment. No problem for the dog, indeed a bowl of water as soon as we arrived. Excellent frying. Excellent al dente pasta. Care in service and simple but absolutely refined cuisine. Thank you

After going there for the fourth time, and having confirmed my initial impressions, I decided to release this review. Fresh fish, masterfully cooked, tasty dishes and generous portions. What more could you ask for? Very friendly owner and staff and really honest prices, even incredible when taking advantage of The Fork. I highly recommend it (and I'm not usually tender in my reviews)

29/06/2025: I can't help but recommend it...there are many reasons but in the end the summary is this: it's a unique experience. Basically you become part of a sort of mystical experience where you no longer know what is real and what is artificial but you are so taken by the context and the courtesy of the service that everything seems exceptional, out of the ordinary, exclusive....A stone's throw from the Trevi Fountain, there are many places...but this was and remains a must where I always take people I want to amaze because you have the impression of taking a leap into the past and having lunch in a room of ancient Rome, although then the eye can distinguish what is not ancient and what is just intriguing...but it's the experience that counts, even the culinary one and here you still eat well. Touristy? Not really, but not entirely...of course the fashion of aperitifs has "contaminated" this place too but it hasn't affected the basic formula which is that of hospitality. The prices? Let's say that compared to the position and the location they are not even high... if you want you can also not spend much if you eat simple traditional dishes, however the place and the service are paid for and it is right that way, because if courtesy is due it is never taken for granted while here it is a stylistic figure. Promoted with full marks, I recommend selfie lovers to try it because the place is extremely instagrammable in addition to being good and beautiful. Useful info? Then leave a like and look at the other reviews made on Rome and beyond.
