The best in Gaeta. Exceptional in every way, from the simple onion to the more sophisticated octopus. The pizza by the slice is also delicious.

The display case was empty (I expected to see assorted pizza slices based on the reviews), but instead you could only order round pizzas and wait for them to be prepared. There are a few tables, but they aren't always enough. Pizzas come with cutlery, paper napkins, and a special tray for eating on the spot. The cleanliness is good (a staff member was constantly cleaning the tables after they were vacated). They don't have a restroom. The pizza is excellent; a Margherita costs €6.

Very, very tasty pizza al taglio, as well as the tiella. Perfect for takeout, with very quick and friendly service.

20/08/2025: This is my favorite restaurant for business lunches in Gallarate, both for its excellent value and the speed and courtesy of the service. I've been going there for several years, even before this latest management. It should be noted that this latest management has significantly improved the location, making it even more welcoming and refined, both inside and out. The lunchtime menu offers a good selection, with several options to choose from. And let's not forget the homemade bread and focaccia, a true delight! Considering the restaurant isn't very large, to be on the safe side, I recommend making a reservation, even for lunch, just to make sure you don't miss out... especially if you plan to arrive late for lunch.
11/07/2025: The menu is small but well-chosen. Everything is very good, plus a very varied wine list.
