Fantastic. Traditional pastries, seadas made and prepared to order, delicious. A true place. Where Sardinia knows how to exist without losing its essence.

Leaving Colombo Park, our stroll was enriched by a wonderful discovery: 'The Art of Taste'. The name is a promise kept: in every dish, you can sense the care and love for the product. We chose the culurgiones and the ricotta and lemon ravioli. It was a pleasure to watch the lady preparing them right in front of us! The pasta was perfect, and the fillings, generous and well-balanced, made everything even more special. After the first course, we couldn't resist their pastries. We sampled fabulous amaretti and formaggelle, but the real highlight was the seadas, freshly prepared and cooked to order. It was simply superb! The portions are very generous, the prices fair, and the kindness of the owner added an extra touch that never hurts. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out options. If you want to savor authentic Sardinian cuisine, this is the place to be.

I had the pleasure of discovering L’Arte del Gusto, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! A place where Sardinian tradition is celebrated in every dish, using the freshest ingredients, crafted to order. I tried the ricotta ravioli: simply delicious, with a generous portion that was completely satisfying. The owner is a fantastic person, welcoming and passionate about her work: she even showed me how she makes fresh pasta, right there in front of the customers. A detail that makes the difference is the open laboratory behind the counter, allowing you to observe the care and authenticity with which the products are made. A genuine place, where you can feel passion and tradition in every bite. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor the true flavor of Sardinia.

We bought these wonderful sweets twice on vacation. Behind the counter, they're baked fresh even in the evening. A large selection and delicious. If you're in the area, you should stop by.

Excellent pastry shop, the best in Castelsardo. Freshly baked pastries, quality products. Very clean. Normal prices. Very friendly staff. Superb cherries.

Gallura soup (reservation required) is extraordinary; every time we come to Sardinia, we absolutely must stop in to try it! Plus, it's incredibly affordable and the service makes you feel like a welcome and pampered guest.

We discovered this pastry shop by chance, wandering through the alleys of Castelsardo, but as soon as we entered, we were greeted by a kind lady who graciously served us. We tried the panadas filled with artichokes and potatoes, and last but not least, the famous seadas. A unique delicacy, freshly prepared and cooked to order. The wait for them to cook is worth it. They also have other traditional pastries and other dishes you can enjoy at their tables inside. Highly recommended.
