We absolutely fell in love with this pastry shop/restaurant. The welcome was exceptional: the woman who served us showed rare generosity. Despite the language barrier, she made the effort to understand and communicate with us, which was truly touching. She even offered us pastries! The portions are very generous and everything was absolutely delicious. We discovered authentic Sardinian specialties, and the tiramisu was simply incredible. A huge thank you for this moment full of flavors and kindness. I highly recommend this place!

Cute shop with great food. Prices are a bit steep, but they're worth it. The shop has three tables with chairs. They offer takeout options, a la carte, great desserts, and the cookies are worth the money... We'll be back ;)

16/08/2025: Very nice place with an outdoor terrace. Very good food. I recommend the appetizer with 8 tastings and the spaghetti with clams and bottarga. Prices are average. Friendly service. I recommend it.
15/08/2025: Yesterday we were at Sale e Peppe 14/08/25 We ordered Fregula, a very tasty dish, costs 18 euros. The portion is quite large and there are a lot of shellfish. For dessert I ordered Millesfoglie con la crema (layered cake with cream) 8 euros. I was disappointed! I didn’t feel any cream there, there were only two thin layers. And all of this is covered with jam, which is very sweet and cloying. The portion is small and the most expensive for dessert. I don’t recommend it!

05/09/2025: This gelateria's only drawback is its location slightly off-center, though this has the advantage of being less crowded than its counterparts in the town center and offering more seating. They offer a wide variety of flavors, from classics to more rare ones (the apricot tart and torta della nonna are a real treat) or typical Sardinian flavors (myrtle flavor).
01/09/2025: A well-maintained ice cream shop in the heart of Castelsardo, with plenty of seating inside and on the terrace overlooking the main street. The variety of flavors offered is also extensive, and the quality of the ice cream is very high. The "Sardegna" flavor in particular is a must-try. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
