piccolo locale dove si possono mangiare buoni borlenghi classici e rivisitati (quelli tradizionali sono molto buoni, per gli altri ognuno farà le sue valutazioni). Le cresentine sono veramente molto buone così come gli affettati presentati che sono di qualità (prosciutto crudo, mortadella, pancetta arrotolata e salame). Suggerirei di aumentare l'offerta dei sottoli e sottaceti perchè le sole olive denocciolate ed i peperoni verdi risultano veramente poco invitanti. Ottimi i dolci e presente, educato e professionale il servizio.

Spectacular Borlenghi, well seasoned, crumbly but not dry, classic, but also in a variety of really interesting options; you have to say at the beginning how many you want to eat, so the kitchen can organize itself efficiently, think about it immediately, but I would stay plenty!

Small but very welcoming place, like the managers. Excellent food, we took a platter of cold cuts with crescentine, tigelle and pickles and the fantastic borlenghi, one better than the other. We will be back!

I love borlenghi and I hunt for places that also prepare them for lunch. Small place, very simple but clean, borlenghi with a minced sausage, usually the minced meat in the Modena area doesn't have this ingredient but they are good. Patience is needed... as the sign at the entrance says.

Very basic but absolutely recommended for the menu. Excellent dishes at competitive prices. Worth trying then coming back

Everything was excellent, the price was right and the staff were very kind. We had already been there and we will definitely be back
