Borlengo! Simple yet exquisite food with a history dating back to the Middle Ages. The chef/owner is incredibly kind. An experience you definitely haven't had before. Reservations are required because the place is tiny, but if you book more than a day in advance, you can ask for classic or fish dishes not on the regular menu.

Wonderful little place, simple and authentic. They only serve borlengo, tigella, and gnocco fritto. A unique and fabulous flavor! Fair prices, but reservations are required due to limited space.

I can't say anything, except that we booked but the restaurant was CLOSED when we arrived. Perhaps leaving a message on the answering machine, while calling to book, that the restaurant was closed from to would have been appreciated.

Reserved and well-kept environment, the few tables allow (hurray) for chatting and the menu for those who are passionate about borlenghi is perfect. Quick and above all clear service: order, but know that if you want to add more you will have to queue up at the other tables, since everything is obviously prepared on the spot. Absolutely right!!! It deserves many more visits 😊😊 Ah!!! I forgot... At least 3 borlenghi at a time ❤️

21/10/2025: We had dinner on a Monday and everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
15/10/2025: The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because my friend and I were literally kicked out at 8:55 PM for a shift change with several empty tables. And because they wanted to rush our food. Otherwise, the food was excellent and the place very pleasant. It's a shame about the service.

08/12/2025: The pizza was really good, the crust was nice and thick, soft, and above all, well-cooked. I'd love to go back. It's a shame I'm from Treviso and I struggle.
10/11/2025: It's always a guarantee. Pizza made with attention to the smallest detail, light, and fresh, refined ingredients. Helpful and attentive staff. The menu offers a truly extensive selection of pizzas 😍 Excellent desserts Clean and fast.
