09/01/2025: Beautiful and magical location, enviably positioned in the countryside between Martina Franca and Locorotondo, therefore a favorable place to move easily in the middle of the beautiful Valle d'Itria. Excellent raw materials of own production are the best for traditional dishes, cooked impeccably. More than excellent service considering that on the day of the epiphany there were many of us spread across the different rooms, however the attentive, vigilant and competent staff never made the diners lack for anything. More than excellent value for money Excellent appetizers, excellent first courses and finally the home-produced grilled meat close the circle together with dairy products for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.
