An excellent restaurant with a long tradition of seafood, but meat and pizza are equally as good. Spacious with two large dining rooms, plus the option of dining al fresco in the summer. Great attention to detail in both the dishes and service makes the restaurant suitable for both informal occasions, such as a pizza with friends, and a sophisticated dinner. Prices are more than reasonable for the offerings.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful... we informed the dining room staff that we had food allergies and were vegan, and the kitchen staff adapted the dishes to our needs without any problem. The dishes were delicious, from the starters to the side dishes... I'll definitely be back to try the pizza. The place is very welcoming, and in the summer the outdoor space is pleasant and cool.

After a long time, finally a pizza that I can digest!! Up until now, all the pizzas and pizzerias I've come across, which boast a legendary dough that has been leavened for a thousand hours and so on, are ultimately hard to digest, and at night I feel an incredible weight on my stomach. Here, however, it's a different story. The place is very nice inside, on two floors. There are even sound-absorbing panels to reduce echoes and the feeling of chaos inside, so you never leave with a feeling of confusion and dizziness. For now, I've only tasted pizza, and for me it's 5 stars with my eyes closed. 4 types of dough to choose from: cereals, soft pan, crunchy and Roman shovel. Pizzas that cost a bit (12-13 €) but they are all special, and with high-quality ingredients. I was really impressed by the pala romana dough because I usually eat it in another pizzeria in the area, where the pizzas are very good, but very heavy. Here, however, the dough really seems like a cloud, truly out of this world. The toppings, on the other hand, are excellent: they don't weigh you down, but they're not at all miserable. If I have to find a sore point, perhaps the desserts are a bit meh in terms of offerings, at least for my tastes. The tiramisu, in my opinion, is the best, truly delicious. For 4 of us, with a glass of wine, a carafe of Coke, a small beer, 3 waters, 4 pizzas, 2 fried foods, 4 desserts, 2 bitters and a coffee, we spent €31 each. Not a little, but the price is fair considering the quality. I live two steps away, but until now I had taken it for granted. We will definitely go back to eat pizza again, to try new ones. Highly recommended!

Beautiful evening at the Arnia del Cuciniere, we were delighted by Chef Claudio Api with crunchy courgette flowers stuffed with prawns and asparagus with sweet and sour sauce, to start, and then continued with cod with hazelnut breading to garnish with orange and onion marmalade. Our ordered menus could not miss the Padellino Romagnola pizza, with a topping of stracchino, rocket and cooked ham from Prague. Wine, beer, desserts, a lot of kindness and courtesy from both the chef and the staff at the table, true professionals with a real smile on their faces. My partner Bea and I thank the Arnia staff and the friends who were at the table with us Franca, Katia, Andrea and Claudio

It's the second time I've gone for Easter and I have to say everything was excellent. Highly recommended

Stoccafisso finalmente! Locale carino e titolare top. Lo stoccafisso è con patate e non viceversa. Eccellente cottura top nei sapori. Ottima scelta di vini. Ci torneremo sicuro👍

Frequento questo posto da tempo e continuo a tornarci spesso perché mi piace molto. La pizza è ottima, con diversi impasti tra cui scegliere e ingredienti sempre di alta qualità. Anche la parte ristorazione è eccellente, con piatti ben preparati. Il personale è gentile, accogliente, professionale, veloce ed efficiente (motivo per cui trovo ingiustificate molte recensioni negative). Il locale è curato e accogliente. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
