L'Ariete In Ponsacco

A spacious restaurant in Ponsacco on a side street. The atmosphere is beautiful and refined. The open grill is lovely in the middle of the dining room. The menu offers a wide selection of meat and fish. The meat is very good, tender and flavorful. The roast potatoes are also good, which is not always the case. I'd say the house wine is also excellent. The price is good value. I've been there for lunch before, but the atmosphere in the evening, when the restaurant is full, is something else entirely. Highly recommended.

Returning from a Sunday outing, some friends and I stopped specifically for dinner at Ristorante Ariete, where I'd had lunch for the first time a couple of months earlier. The place is very large and spacious, which encourages conversation at the table: there were five of us, and no one had to raise their voices to be heard. The menu offers both land and sea dishes: almost all of us opted for seafood first courses and fried fish to share. We also enjoyed dessert and coffee. Generous portions, excellent flavors, quick and courteous service, and a price that was reasonable for the amount of food we ate (and we were satisfied). If I didn't recommend it, I'd be crazy...

We discovered this restaurant thanks to The Fork. We were looking for a good meat-based lunch, and Ariete turned out to be the perfect place! A delicious slice of beef served with a side of fresh grilled vegetables. We thank Luigi, the waiter, for his kindness, friendliness, and professionalism throughout the service. Prices are reasonable, but there are also full menus available, offering a wide variety of meat and fish options, all very affordable. We also took advantage of the discount for booking with The Fork. Thank you, we had a great time. Highly recommended.

I must say that it has been a long time since the last time but it is still a deserved cutting edge place

I was there for a baptism. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was spotless.

Looking for a restaurant to dine with friends, I found Ariete, and it was an immediate pleasant discovery. A well-maintained, spacious, and very welcoming location. All the staff were welcoming, smiling, and extremely friendly. The varied and extensive menu is sure to please all palates, from pizzas to gourmet appetizers, first courses, and excellent second courses. We chose two delicious meat tartares, one with egg yolk and truffle, the other with burrata and pistachios. THE BEST WE'VE EVER EATEN. The XL carbonara we ordered next was also excellent and well-balanced. The quality of the products was high. The service was fast and the waits were minimal despite there being several tables, and the bill was also satisfactory and reasonable. AAA rating. We'll definitely be back. Agos

Gentlemen, you are worthy of a Michelin star. To you who are reading this, I don't recommend you come and eat at Ariete... I FORCE YOU TO COME AND EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS.
