In September 2025, during a performance at the San Tomaso Agordino Barley Festival, we met and savored Chef Giacomo's cuisine and took note of the restaurant's name. To avoid surprises, we booked a table and easily reached the venue. The restaurant was very welcoming and meticulously maintained. The menu was extensive, offering a wide selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian and vegan options. We began with a Tyrolean appetizer of venison speck and hay cheese, followed by tartare with various sauces, followed by the dish of the day: wild herb gnocchi in fondue and macaroni with crispy speck, all accompanied by a glass of Valpolicella Ripasso. We'll try the main courses next time. To finish, we enjoyed a blueberry panna cotta—truly out of this world.

A very well-kept restaurant with excellent quality food.
Reservations are recommended; unfortunately, the kitchen closes at 9:00 PM.
We had the pasticcio with porcini pumpkin and cheese, which was truly delicious. The Fassona beef tartare was also very good.
The French fries and mixed mushrooms were a perfect contorto.

The place is nice and the food is good, but the price? It's crazy for the location, and I agree that the quality is excellent and the food is well-cooked, but that shouldn't give them the freedom to charge so much. What a shame.

The kindness and courtesy of the staff and the small size of the place reflect Ariet. The food is perfectly plated and of high quality. Nothing to complain about. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful place created from the renovation of a tavern. I'm not sure what to recommend because we found everything delicious. The staff was kind, professional, and friendly.
