Located in the rural area of ​​Taurasi (AV), the "L'archetto" restaurant is a simple place with a Spartan appearance. The environment is introduced by the bar, as it also offers coffee service for the rest of the day, then there is the actual room while outside there are some tables for consumption. The pizzas chosen, the carbonara and the archetto, were very rich in filling and tasty, with a light dough and a crunchy crust. The Mexican-style tegamini, fusilli and beans are very good, the latter really very spicy. The service staff was really courteous; excellent quality/price ratio.

"L'archetto" is a bar-restaurant with a rustic exterior, with a simple menu and home-made food. It is located on the outskirts of Taurasi, where the fields begin again and the famous vines are in plain sight. We had dinner there on an evening when the kitchen was closed, so we were directed to the pizzeria. The choice was well rewarded as the pizza is pleasant on the palate, abundant in ingredients and size. The Mexican-style bean pan is excellent, decidedly spicy. Good selection of wines and ice creams. The bill is unquestionably generous.

03/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant often and can only praise the courtesy and politeness of the staff. As for the food, I'd say it's excellently cooked, with generous portions and exceptional raw ingredients. Excellent prices. Well done everyone.

I've tried many restaurants in Irpinia, but this is the first place where I was able to rediscover the ancient flavors of this region. We went on a Sunday, with a set menu offering a choice of several courses. Everything was delicious and the portions were extremely generous. The appetizer was extraordinary, the grilled meat spectacular, and the fusilli al tegamino were fantastic. Excellent house wine and water. Plenty of bread. I wish I could say something about the dessert, which must have been delicious, but by then we were so full we couldn't finish anything else. My compliments. We'll definitely be back.
