Sono tornata da Arcangelo per una serata in coppia, e abbiamo deciso di provare i risotti stavolta. Sia la qualità del riso, che i condimenti che la cottura erano a dir poco sublimi. Riesce sempre a stupirmi con la sua semplicità

In posto in cui parla solo la qualità, l’accoglienza di Arcangelo è da famiglia, il cibo appartiene ad un mondo che ormai non che più…questo è un posto in cui ci si tuffa neo sapori di una volta….accompagnati da mani sapienti…ogni ulteriore complimento appare inutile…bravi bravissimi.

La Fraschetta de Sora Ines

06/04/2025: Typical Fraschetta di Ariccia, small place, service to be perfected, the courses did not arrive at the same time for all the diners, first courses served intermittently. Overly seasoned side dishes (sautéed chicory and pan-fried porcini mushrooms) with salt, there is room for improvement. HONEST account.
31/03/2025: Fraschetta typical of the lower part of Ariccia with courteous and professional staff and typical Roman menu. We had some excellent Roman artichokes and a good porchetta and buffalo mozzarella as starters and amatriciana, cacio e pepe and pajata as first courses. Abundant sauce as per tradition and good but there was a little too much water both in the amatriciana and especially in the cacio e pepe. Overall, however, we had a good time and spent the right amount.
