Avoid this restaurant. The food is poor, the owner is rude and hasty in his explanations. The menu is limited. Only one very nice waitress. Avoid!

Two of us had dinner at this restaurant located on the Ponza harbor promenade. The quality was good, and the portions were those of a gourmet restaurant. We had just one appetizer (octopus salad), two main courses (amberjack), and two glasses of white wine (not bottled) for €120. I'd consider it touristy: we've had better seafood on the island, with a breathtaking view. Recommended only if you have no other options or transportation. In short, only if you have to.

A new experience, with ups and downs. Exceptional tuna steak, excellent lentils, good pasta with onions, good chocolate salami. Service not up to par, waiters acting friendly and then just disappearing. And a table without a tablecloth, made of sticky wood so much so that you can't lean on it. A roughly cleaned table in front of us. Unacceptable.

Appearance penalizes this restaurant where, instead, I ate well. The menu seems really poor but fortunately there are off-menu items. We had the octopus, spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with monkfish. All excellent. Fast and impeccable service, maximum kindness. I recommend it.
