A fantastic restaurant, welcoming environment, super clean. All the staff welcomes you with a smile, they make you feel at home and well-liked. Sonia fantastic. Filomena an exceptional cook. Genuine, delicious dishes. We ate a lot: starter, 2 first courses, second course and dessert, we didn't feel full because it was cooked with excellent quality ingredients. We will return and recommend it to everyone. I can't wait to go again.

In the heart of the Maiella National Park, in Cansano, two women, mother and daughter, run a restaurant with B&B with passion and dedication that enchants anyone who stops there. The mother (Filomena), with her experience and culinary tradition, prepares typical dishes of the area, using fresh and local ingredients, while the daughter (Sonia), young and dynamic, takes care of the dining room, welcoming guests with warmth and a smile contagious. Together, they convey the authenticity of Abruzzo cuisine, creating a family atmosphere that makes every customer feel at home. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. The dishes are amazing, everything is super good. We were yesterday for lunch 31 December 2024. There were few people, especially since it was New Year's Eve, because they told us that they are usually sold out. Rating 10 and praise for the dishes. Dopo le tante volte che sono stato in questo Ristorante, (la R maiuscola non è un errore ortografico) ogni volta non finisce mai di stupirmi, sono stato con amici l'ultima volta qualche giorno fa e abbiamo deciso, un pò per volta, di mangiare tutto, dall'infinito antipasto composto da caldi e freddi di sublime qualità, per poi passare a tutto il resto, primi indescrivibili e surreali per quanto saporiti, secondi piatti dove le carni sono di una tenerezza e sapore che difficilmente si riesce a lasciare nel piatto, fino ad arrivare alla vasta scelta di dolci, tantissimi della casa e per tutti i gusti. Ogni pietanza, oltre che ad essere soddisfacente, ti dà lo stimolo per assaggiare cosa viene dopo, stando certi, ovviamente, che non si rimane delusi, visto che riescono a soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza e gusto, dai più semplici ai più raffinati, sempre con quel tocco che gli rende unici. Si respira un ambiente famigliare dove riescono fin da subito a far sentire tutti a proprio agio, lo consiglio vivamente per un esperienza unica e positiva, ed io personalmente, non vedo l'ora di tornare.
