Ambiente sobrio ma ben curato. Buona cucina con piatti tipici della tradizione pugliese. Abbiamo voluto esplorare per la prima volta questo locale e vedere qualcosa di nuovo. L’impressione è stata abbastanza positiva. Abbiamo assaggiato i panzerotti (decisamente buoni) e gli spaghetti all’assassina (forse un po' troppo piccanti). Di livello sia la carbonara di polpo che gli gnocchetti con vongole e funghi cardoncelli, un buon e ben riuscito connubio. Normale il pasticciotto alla crema. Il personale molto premuroso e servizievole. I prezzi adeguati al livello delle portate senza particolari eccessi. Merita di ritornarci per esplorare le altre proposte che dalla lettura del menù risultano promettere la gioia delle papille gustative

The food is wow, the Indian chef brought a very interesting take on the cod, adding pickled onions and a dash of coriander, yet was very suitable for an Italian/European without adding any hotness such as pepper or chilli. Quality of fish and other ingredients were exceptional. Must recommend for the price.

Apulian place, very nice, where you eat very well! I recommend the panzerotti, the octopus and the spaghetti all'assassina... The pasticciotti and all the desserts in general are good. Excellent prices and very welcoming staff

A corner of Puglia in the heart of San Lorenzo. As a Puglian, I can say that I have rarely had such an authentic experience far from my homeland. A simple Saturday lunch turned into a real day of Apulian celebration, something that hadn't happened to me in over 30 years of living in Rome. All good and with fresh ingredients and a balance of flavors that bring back memories of family lunches. The spaghetti all'assassina with stracciatella and anchovies was perfect! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the attentive service and the quality of the dishes make this restaurant an unmissable stop for those who want to savor true Apulian cuisine in Rome. We will definitely be back!

Locale con posti al coperto ed all’aperto, in una strada che non è molto trafficata nel fine settimana. Ambiente con tavoli di legno, sedie scomode, apparecchiatura di carta. Menù prevalentemente con preparazioni della tradizione pugliese e alcuni piatti originali. Antipasto Apulia abbondante (basta per due), polpo grigliato piuttosto duro, orecchiette alle cime di rapa troppo amarognole, buoni i ciceri tria e baccalà, tiramisù poco significativo. Non ci è stato specificato che la burrata e taralli sbriciolati sulle orecchiette implicava un sovrapprezzo. Vino rosso della casa discreto. Cucina con alcuni spunti interessanti, non sensazionale. Servizio gentile. Per un antipasto, un primo ed un dolce abbiamo pagato circa 35 euro a persona con lo sconto di the Fork.

CHAPEAU! A place so exceptional from every point of view is truly not at all easy to find in Rome! Perfect frying, tuna steak that melts in your mouth, just seared exactly as it should be and perfect salt, delicious and creative homemade desserts, amazing wine recommended by them... whoever takes care of the service is very efficient and friendly. Really good!
