Another Gem in Rome. I had Pazerottis. Lots of Panzerottis. I tried them all. The one with Octopus got me to the heavens. I had a foodbaby after the dinner, my feet were swollen like during a real pregnancy. Also i recommend the olive liquor! They probably also have other amazing stuff to eat🤤

It is a typical Apulian restaurant with both traditional dishes and many revisited and adapted to a restaurant.
We immediately tried the panzerotti, taking the one with ricotta. The flavor and the frying were perfect! Genuine flavor and light and crunchy frying, but unfortunately the ricotta was not tasted together with the tomato and mozzarella.
We took as first courses the orecchiette with turnip tops with burrata (the turnip tops come directly from Puglia) and the cavatelli allo scoglio. Both dishes were delicious and plentiful!! The turnip tops were really good and tasty!
The seafood was fresh and of excellent quality, with clams and mussels of large proportions!
The prices were a little high compared to the average but considering the quality products and that they are located behind the Termini station it can be accepted.
Recommended!!

Are you looking for a corner of Puglia in Rome? You can find it in the heart of San Lorenzo.
Nice place, maybe some chairs could be improved but that's just a note.
Rich menu with typical Apulian dishes. All dishes represent a characteristic corner of this magnificent region. If you are passionate about spaghetti all'assassina, here you will find them perfect both in traditional versions and with stracciatella but also in other variations. Excellent and fragrant fried foods. Truly excellent desserts, among the many biscuits with vin santo and cream are truly TOP.
Thanks to the service guys who are attentive and friendly.
Well done!

One visit is not enough! The menu invites you to try every proposal and the taste fully confirms expectations. Every course we tasted was exceptional. Words are not enough to describe the quality of each dish: a dedicated review would be needed for each one.
Thank you for the opportunity to taste Apulian delicacies in Rome.

I discovered L'Apulia, this excellent Osteria Pugliese through Google reviews, I was looking for an excellent Apulian panzerotto in Rome and as an Apulian the expectations were very high!!!! So what can I say... everything was truly excellent, from the panzerotto, to the venue, the staff and the food. I found the octopus super, 10 and praise!!!! Prices within everyone's reach and excellent product quality, from tarallini to stracciatella... from today onwards I know where to go to relive the flavors of my land...
