I have been frequenting La Panella for some time and I can say with certainty that this small place is a true corner of Sicily in the heart of Rome. Here you can find all the authentic flavor of the Sicilian tradition, starting from the bread and panelle, very difficult to find elsewhere in the city and simply perfect. The arancini, available in different flavours, are tasty and well made, but the real highlight is the Sicilian cannoli: crunchy, rich and with an applause-worthy ricotta cream, probably the best in all of Rome. The atmosphere is always welcoming, thanks to the owners who, with their smile and friendliness, make every customer feel at home. Plus, the prices are more than fair for such high quality. If you are looking for an authentic gastronomic experience, La Panella is a must. Highly recommended!

We came today for the special 3 days of pani ca meusa.. Truly spectacular spleen, freshly made sandwiches... you can eat here and also take away. Bread and panelle.. beautiful sandwiches full of panelle always freshly cooked and served hot 😍 Spectacular arancini both cooked and mozzarella without mentioning those with classic meat sauce. We end with the cannoli... Spectacular cream that you absolutely can't eat anywhere else anymore. crunchy cannoli. Welcoming and kind. Ps: we only have one photo because we were too busy eating. Panelli and arancine are excellent especially because they are cooked on site, enhancing the goodness of Sicilian products. The place is small and more suitable for intake. The service is welcoming and kind.

Bread and panelle, arancina and cannoli.... tried them all, all excellent.... the only small criticism I have to make concerns only the arancina which I found a little too tasty for my tastes. But this does not exempt me from giving 4 stars.... congratulations. I look forward to the Ca' meusa bread!!!! 😜😜😜😜
