Amazing experience from start to finish. Great music, fantastic wine suggestions, attentive service, and stunning meal. Fine dining in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. Chef Mirko’s dishes celebrated the season (early spring) and were a delicious and vibrant take on Roman cuisine. Reserve early, get the chefs tasting menu. It was my favorite meal and dining experience in Rome.

A small restaurant offering original dishes with diverse influences, showcasing the creativity and technical expertise of high-end cuisine. Personally, I find the lack of even a minimal selection of wines to be a disappointment; after one bottle for two, I'm not comfortable with perhaps another glass or two. Overall, a good experience, definitely worth repeating!

Located in the Trastevere neighborhood, this restaurant is a must-visit if you enjoy good food paired with natural wines. The waiter gave excellent recommendations, perfectly matching the wines we wanted at that moment. They only sell by the bottle, and while that wasn't a problem, I would have appreciated a wine pairing for each dish, as the food truly deserves it. As for the food, there's little to add. Delicious flavors, interesting combinations, and just the right amount of portions. The fish deserves special mention—it was a work of art. The atmosphere is cozy, with soft lighting and pleasant vinyl music. Congratulations, because places like this are truly worthwhile.

Calling this a "wine bar" is like calling Vatican City "a church". The food is incredible. The wine selection matches the quality of the food. It feels very personal and friendly. We're so glad we came.

Two young men who know their stuff both in the kitchen and in the dining room have joined forces to create this restaurant/bistro where you can enjoy good natural wine at very reasonable prices along with carefully curated and well-executed tapas to share. A must-try. Reservations required.
