Friendly and professional staff, and the prices are fair for the quality.

The property is very large, perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape from everyday life. The spa treatments are truly WOW, especially the wine bath, which is invigorating, detoxifying, antioxidant, and relaxing. It's easily accessible by car and very close to Civitanova and Numana, both beautiful towns, even in the evening. The Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The customer service and assistance before and during our stay was impeccable, which is not something everyone gets. They were incredibly helpful, and the key feature was that all the staff we encountered at the property always had a smile on their face, day or night. A truly top-notch staff, thank you for making our stay even more unique!

Beautiful place, wonderful environment, excellent staff always ready to satisfy every need of the customer. Relaxing and very clean rooms, very comfortable spa and unique massages. I don't know about the Spa but the hotel is fantastic, the minibar fridge is stocked with everything, the courtesy kit is complete and of quality, the bed is comfortable... The view is beautiful and for those who complain about the highway you already know it's there... if you don't want it, don't book... However, I arrived 20 minutes ago and it struck me positively

We decided to hold our wedding reception at the Antico Uliveto, a spectacular location with a view of the hills and the sea, the newlyweds and guests largely satisfied! The organization is impeccable from start to finish: Monica followed us in all our needs and requests, proposing details in advance which then made the difference. The restaurant offers a wide choice on its menu highlighting the best local products, thanks to which we were able to experience an excellent and plentiful lunch. The restaurant and hotel staff are very professional and courteous. We are delighted to have discovered this facility and can't wait to return for other events and services it offers!
