L'Antico Uliveto In Potenza picena

I stayed last week, an overnight stay with breakfast and a spa. The property is always very beautiful, but I have two things to say about it this time: our room, number 6 to be precise, is directly above the spa, so the heat from the spa comes straight into the room, making the radiators scalding hot even when turned off...it was terribly hot, we slept with the windows open. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, but the coffee was undrinkable, a concoction with salt from the purifier! For a property like this, it's unjustifiable. Change the coffee, or the machine...for us Italians, a morning espresso is very important!!

A simply enchanting place, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. We went here for lunch to celebrate my aunt's birthday and were truly won over: extraordinary cuisine, a refined atmosphere, and a rare welcome. The fish is impeccably fresh, the combinations are original, balanced, and memorable. As foodies, we wanted to try a little bit of everything, and despite the richness of the dishes, we left the table feeling light and satisfied: a clear sign of quality, care, and carefully selected ingredients. We will be back very soon. A true gem on the Marche coast, a place worth discovering and loving. Congratulations and a heartfelt thank you!

September 6, 2025 This location was chosen by my son and his wife to celebrate their wedding. First, I thank the owner (Mrs. Michela) for the professionalism with which she conducted the negotiations, then Mr. Francesco (maître d'), who impeccably managed the entire event. Then, the kitchen, where everything we had proposed and agreed upon exceeded our expectations. Well done to everyone. Finally, the service, which proved to be up to the task, always attentive to every request but never intrusive. As for the dishes, I was completely satisfied with both the quality and the consistency/selection of the products (freshness). The location speaks for itself, it needs nothing else. I thank everyone again for an event that will remain forever in my heart. THANK YOU...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of days. The hotel and room were super well-stocked and clean. We also tried the beach and were very pleased with the service. A small note about the restaurant: it was very good, but they initially assigned us the wrong table. We had decided to order a dish for two (as both the menu and the waiters recommended), and the price listed was €28. We thought it was €14 per person, not €28 per person. I recommend specifying this on the menu. Otherwise, we had a great time and hope to return soon.

We stayed one night on our way back from summer vacation. I had booked a suite and a triple room, but we were given two double rooms even though there were five of us. I would have given the service a five-star rating, too, but the receptionist tried to convince me by saying the double room was more spacious than the suite. I'm sure she meant it well, but that's just not the way to do it! And if I hadn't asked for an extra bonus for the inconvenience (they 'gifted' us two spa passes), no one would have cared about the inconvenience! The property is right next to the highway, but the rooms are super soundproof. The vegetation is wonderful. The building could use some external structural renovations. No entertainment for children. Breakfast is varied. The restaurant is excellent.

Antico Uliveto is a farmhouse near Porto Recanati, nestled in the Marche hills: a quiet and relaxing location, ideal for unwinding. The rooms are cozy and rustic, yet offer all the comforts. I recommend the wine bath, a unique experience with cured meats, fruit, and wine (€120 per couple). Breakfast is excellent, with homemade cakes, fresh fruit, and savory options. Friendly and professional staff, and the prices are fair for the quality.

The property is very large, perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape from everyday life. The spa treatments are truly WOW, especially the wine bath, which is invigorating, detoxifying, antioxidant, and relaxing. It's easily accessible by car and very close to Civitanova and Numana, both beautiful towns, even in the evening. The Deluxe room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The customer service and assistance before and during our stay was impeccable, which is not something everyone gets. They were incredibly helpful, and the key feature was that all the staff we encountered at the property always had a smile on their face, day or night. A truly top-notch staff, thank you for making our stay even more unique!

Had a nice weekend. Well-structured hotel with a nice wellness center. Extremely attentive service and breakfast. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, wonderful environment, excellent staff always ready to satisfy every need of the customer. Relaxing and very clean rooms, very comfortable spa and unique massages. Rich and very abundant buffet breakfast, normal prices, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting from the usual routine. I really recommend it to everyone. Greetings and thanks to all the staff.
