Buono! Trovato per caso in una giornata a Montevarchi e posso dire che è un bar pizzeria molto fornito. Non hanno un menu per la pizza che la puoi fare come vuoi Paste squisite

Canu More or less original offer. Menchetti-like. Crushed with mortadella which should be the flagship, in my opinion it is unbalanced.

L Antico Forno Canu di Montevarchi è un bar-forno grazioso, luminoso e ben arredato. Si inserisce in un quartiere della città particolarmente vivace. E' un locale molto affollato per colazione, spuntini, pranzo...Il giovedì poi, giorno di mercato, l'affluenza è veramente alta. Peccato che i tempi di attesa per essere serviti siano lunghissimi. Per prendere un caffè al volo(si fa per dire), occorrono minimo 10/15 minuti. Altra caratteristica non gradita dai clienti è la rapidità del cambio dipendenti: si susseguono rapidamente e nessuno di loro acquisisce pratica e confidenza rispetto all'ambiente e alla clientela. Capita di star seduti a lungo senza che nessuno si preoccupi di chiederti cosa desideri. Insomma, c'è molto da migliorarsi. Speriamo che il personale si 'stabilizzi' in modo da conferire maggior professionalità ed efficienza ad un locale che presenta numerose potenzialità

We went for dinner on Friday evening but there weren't too many people anyway. Unfortunately I have to say that this time, after not going back for a while, it wasn't as pleasant an evening as we usually have at Canu. The service was terrible, a lot of waiting for people to come and take the order (I repeat, there were very few people) which was a bit confusing but above all, having ordered the cutting boards, we were not brought the flatbread, despite repeated requests after time, so that we practically finished all the cold cuts without having eaten it. Unfortunately I have to say that we were also disappointed about the quantity of cutting boards; we were used to much larger quantities and instead we were forced to reorder them because they were really small compared to other times. we also had to wait a really long time to get the second take away and even on this round they didn't bring us the dunk until after several requests. furthermore, the cutting boards arrived with some differences (in the second one there was also mozzarella that was not in the first one and some different cold cuts), so it becomes difficult to know what I will receive when I have to reorder it. If I can afford to give some advice, precisely because I have always liked coming to Canu, before continuing to open new stores, I would focus on maintaining the usual level of quality that has made it what we know.

Passing through Montevarchi we happen to have a snack or breakfast at Canu. The bakery, squash and similar products are really of a good standard, the pastry shop has, in my opinion, room for improvement. The Schiacciata with mortadella is highly recommended.
