Modern place, very busy and often chaotic. The quality of the products is discreet and the desserts are good, but the service is decidedly terrible: the staff is rude, shouts constantly and lacks any courtesy. I understand the cultural differences compared to the North, but the sense of decorum and professionalism is completely lacking here. An experience which, due to the behavior of the staff, is unpleasant despite the decent quality of the food.

The environment would also be modern and nice, but unfortunately I have already had problems with service several times, or they lose the reservation, or they get the order wrong, or the kitchen goes haywire and the stuff arrives after 1 hour of waiting. Other branches have never had these problems, it seems that in Montevarchi they no longer want me as a customer and I WILL SATISFY THEM!
The 1st time you subscribe, the 2nd time you forgive, I even wanted to give it a 3rd chance but after receiving semi-raw squash and pizza... I give up on this point.

Very good food.
Complete bad service, if you order something you have to pray that they haven't forgotten, especially if you have to hurry, but if you specify it it will arrive quickly.
Very good atmosphere.
I'm very happy with the place, a little expensive but if I think about the fact that at the end of the day all the unsold items from numerous Canu points go to Caritas in Montevarchi, I'm happier to eat there.

5 stars even though I went there a few times. They make excellent tongs seasoned with quality stuff, plus there is a pasta factory and excellent pastry shop in my opinion. The environment with attention to every detail, helpful staff.

Veloce e cortese il personale al servizio del cliente.
