Modern place, very busy and often chaotic. The quality of the products is discreet and the desserts are good, but the service is decidedly terrible: the staff is rude, shouts constantly and lacks any courtesy. I understand the cultural differences compared to the North, but the sense of decorum and professionalism is completely lacking here. An experience which, due to the behavior of the staff, is unpleasant despite the decent quality of the food.

The environment would also be modern and nice, but unfortunately I have already had problems with service several times, or they lose the reservation, or they get the order wrong, or the kitchen goes haywire and the stuff arrives after 1 hour of waiting. Other branches have never had these problems, it seems that in Montevarchi they no longer want me as a customer and I WILL SATISFY THEM! The 1st time you subscribe, the 2nd time you forgive, I even wanted to give it a 3rd chance but after receiving semi-raw squash and pizza... I give up on this point.

Pizza ed altro in deliveroo. Arrivata puntualmente. Ottima. Prezzo ok. Da provare sicuramente. Digeribile e gustosa. Qualità degli ingredienti ottima.

Very good food. Complete bad service, if you order something you have to pray that they haven't forgotten, especially if you have to hurry, but if you specify it it will arrive quickly. Very good atmosphere. I'm very happy with the place, a little expensive but if I think about the fact that at the end of the day all the unsold items from numerous Canu points go to Caritas in Montevarchi, I'm happier to eat there.

5 stars even though I went there a few times. They make excellent tongs seasoned with quality stuff, plus there is a pasta factory and excellent pastry shop in my opinion. The environment with attention to every detail, helpful staff.

Bel posto, pulito e ottima qualità dei salati, non ho consumato dolci e non posso esprimere un giudizio in merito. Veloce e cortese il personale al servizio del cliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente e proverò altri dal menù.

23/05/2025: Wow es todo lo que puedo decir. No tengo palabras porque estoy demasiado ocupado comiendo mi hamburguesa. Esto es tan delicioso que como estadounidenses lo aprobamos fuertemente. Esto es tan bueno. Esto es una visita obligada cuando en Cortona!

30/03/2025: Partiamo dalla location. Sicuramente di impatto e curata. Minimal direi ed onestamente incontra i miei gusti. Purtroppo poi ci sono le note dolenti. 20 minuti e più per prendere l’ordine e poi altri 20 minuti grosso modo per avere il vino, pane, olio etc senza piatti però! poi a seguire la prima portata un crudo con accostamenti che non valorizzano a mio avviso la materia prima sicuramente freschissima ma poco sapore su alcuni tagli. Il secondo ho preso il baccalà ed era buono ma non WOW per dire. Un altra nota dolente è che un posto del genere che si vuole posizionare su un target medio alto visto prezzi e proposta tra una portata e l’altra DEVE cambiare le posate! Altrimenti sei in osteria. In sostanza il servizio è da migliorare sicuramente perché al ristorante vai per un Esperienza anche a livello di attenzione oltre che di cibo. Insomma c’è da lavorare ed in bocca al lupo perché hanno tutte le carte per migliorare
