Guest of friends who live in the area.... Stunning place internally, a former stable from at least 100 years ago, nothing to do with the cheap places in Sestriere that only think about cashing in without investing a euro, the menu is soft being family run, therefore home cooking with excellent raw materials, the mass that comes to Sestriere in summer and winter who also go to the others...

Siamo stati accolti in una grotta piacevolmente arredata. Menù tradizionale con piatti tipici della zona. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano ottimi.

A very romantic little restaurant serving incredible food. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves for lunch and we cannot recommend this place enough. Great food and service.

19/08/2024: Kind and friendly. Decent quality. Only four stars because here it is difficult to spend less than 17 euros for lunch during the week, taking a first course, a side dish and drinking water and coffee, so I don't find it suitable for a lunch break every day for those who work nearby.
17/08/2024: Excellent food and location with a view of the Cantoria Belvedere and S. Cristina. We had a very good time, apart from the wait being justified by the huge turnout of people! The only drawback is the parking... but if you are a walker... park underneath near the Cantoira swimming pool, walk 500 meters and you have arrived at the Osteria!!! To return with the fresh air! Advised
