Questo piccolo ristorante credo sia uno dei pochi rimasti dove si mangia veramente bene . Niente sciccherie , nessuna autocelebrazione , non sentirete parlare di gurmet ( credo che la parola sia bandita dal loro locale e anche dal loro vocabolario) né di miniporzioni raffinate alla Heinz Beck o alla Cracco ma tante ottime verdure (ad esempio la zucca o le rape o i finocchi panati) fritti ( polpette e crocchette) fatto veramente ed incredibilmente da loro e non i semilavorati che si trovano ovunque . Primi e secondi piatti della cucina salentina buoni ( sapuriti) e anche le pizze non sono male . Prezzi ottimi , anzi proprio bassi rispetto alla qualità e quantità del cibo .

I was looking for a place to eat in the area even though it was late I found it open, I was happy, as usual I devour everything first then I remember to immortalize a dish

Let's start with the generous and delicious portions, the fabulous tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, the tagliatelle cooked by a 5-star chef, all very good. A spectacular lunch, we were 100% satisfied
