In the city center. A Sicilian dinner with panelle, arancini, sfincione, caponata, strudel, pasta with sardines, pasta with swordfish, pasta with shrimp, and freshly filled cannoli. Everything was cooked perfectly. The bill was incredibly reasonable, despite the excellent quality and portions. Sicilian cuisine in Sassari? Yes!

This was our favorite restaurant of the trip to Sardinia. The food was amazing and the owners are such lovely people. It's really nice to find such an authentic place. Hope to be back here one day. Grazie!

The dinner was delicious, especially the spaghetti with shrimp and mussels (unforgettable, delicious) and the tiramisu. But if the quality is incredible, the couple who run the restaurant is even better. We have wonderful memories of Franca and Sabino. They were incredibly welcoming to us, and I feel like I'm taking two friends from Sassari with me. I don't think I'll ever forget this dinner (in any sense).

A charming family-run restaurant. Warm and friendly, with Sardinian dishes as they should be! Don't be put off by the 90s EDM music ;). The owner/chef comes to your table and is happy to advise. Almost everything tastes just right, a hidden gem in the heart of Sassari. The Vino ala Casa is highly recommended.

Typical Sicilian food is delicious and, above all, homemade. The restaurant is very welcoming, and both the chef and his wife were very pleasant. He came to explain the menu to us and recommended several dishes that were a perfect match.

We are so happy we found this family-owned restaurant. Very impressed by the food and the hospitality of the chef and his wife.
As i am gluten free, the chef kindly offered to make me a side dish that was not in the menu. The beef was very good, soft and delicious. The pasta with sarde, as per my boyfriend, tasted very good.
And the desserts, cannoli and parfait semifreddo, just wow! The perfect ending of a good meal.
We felt like we were eating at someone’s home, not in a restaurant.
Highly recommend it!

Piacevole hostaria siciliana a conduzione familiare. Ambiente accogliente e servizio attento. Buon cibo siculo, abbiamo provato l'arancina classica (buona), la pasta alla Norma (abbastanza buona), e quella con le sarde (ottima). Prezzi leggermente sopra la media, ma profumo di Sicilia.
