25/03/2024: Beautiful location with large outdoor spaces (to be used in late spring and summer) while the internal rooms are smaller and rustic but still well-kept. We were welcomed with a smile, friendliness and concern, asking us if the internal temperature was to our liking. The menu offers different seasonal proposals that exploit the tradition of the territory with local ingredients, where possible at km0, to be able to try a bit of everything we take different dishes from the appetizer to the side dish. The experience was fantastic as the dishes chosen were tasty, harmonious and balanced: mixed fried fish, pork carpaccio, ravioli with aubergine filling, cuttlefish cooked at low temperature, wild chicory and terrine with cardoncelli and caciocavallo. Amazing homemade bread! The added value was the service: precise, punctual, professional but also informal when necessary. I appreciated being made available to the customer, pampering him from the beginning to the end of the dinner. Really congratulations!!! The prices are objectively higher than the average but are absolutely commensurate with many factors (location, service, ingredients, care and plating, quality). Well done, well done.
17/03/2024: Surrounded by greenery, with rustic but refined and refined details, professional and welcoming service, food... without words... good good good... the liquid egg a dish that forced us to pass the bread on the plate, artichoke risotto with fennel perfect! And the desserts... oh my, what a delight... a ricotta and gianduia tart and crème brûlé with mandarin sorbet. Fair price!
