Tonight, July 12, 2025 An unfortunate evening for the staff. Despite their good intentions, a production hiccup made it difficult to satisfy all customers, including myself, to a limited extent. However, the honesty and humility of the owner and staff overcame the difficulty. Excellent products. I will definitely return, and I warmly recommend it to anyone who reads this review.

Very good pizza and reasonable prices. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but the pizzas arrived very late, and many people got up and left without eating. It's a shame, because there's potential. In my opinion, it's just an organizational issue.

The stuffed focaccia and pizza were very good, but the service was slow. They also forgot a gluten-free pizza. When they returned it after a reminder, they brought a pizza with different ingredients than the one requested, and then realized it was mixed up with a gluten-free one. I understand that we all make mistakes, but if a celiac person trusted them and ate the pizza anyway, it would have been very bad. Advice: Improve your service, apologize when you make mistakes, and pay more attention to gluten-free options, and you'll be perfect.

Unfortunately, it was very windy and there were three tables with a lot of people. However, the schiacciata and pizza were so good, it had been a while since I'd eaten them, we stuffed ourselves!

You arrive in Carraia and unexpectedly find a magnificent pizza, soft and crunchy, light, that melts in your mouth leaving you wanting to eat it again, as soon as possible. Quality ingredients and courteous service complete the picture for an excellent pizza experience... Thanks girls!

Best pizza I had in Toscana! Light fluffy crust, the 4 fromaggio had the best fresh sweet tomato sauce. Prices are more than resonnable!

The pizza dough is really excellent, light and very pleasant on the palate. The choice is wide and ranges from the classic to the most sophisticated, truly satisfying everyone. Good beers and desserts. In my opinion excellent prices. The environment is very welcoming and particular, in winter the heated loggia is nice, in summer it is nice to be in the church square. A nice option for an evening

Davvero ottimo l'impasto delle pizze, che risultano leggere e molto piacevoli al palato. La scelta è ampia e spazia dal classico al più ricercato, accontentando davvero tutti. Buone le birre ed i dolci. Secondo me ottimi prezzi. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e particolare, d'inverno è carino il loggiaro scaldato, d'estate bello stare in piazza della chiesa. Una bella opzione per una serata
