What a show these guys are! Takeaway pizzeria run by Italian guys, excellent dough with high hydration and long leavening times, super digestible pizza rolled out and cooked in an excellent manner. Finally in the city we can eat a good Neapolitan pizza and not those indigestible cardboard discs we were used to. Keep it up!
