A delightful little place owned by a beautiful girl called Michela. Here, she gives an ample demonstration of what the white art of shallow, crispy pizza is all about. An excellent discovery which, alas, I will have to leave too soon as I have to return to Rome but, when I have the chance, I will certainly return to enjoy its flatbreads filled with delicious porchetta, or its tasty and colorful pizzas! Although it may seem extremely thin, the pizza is really tasty. On the palate it is not gummy or cloying and combined with one of the numerous excellent beers that you will find in the fridge, it makes its best. The flours used are perceived to be of excellent quality and are processed in a truly exceptional way. This allows the pizza to have a homogeneous cooking and a truly tasty result, never burnt and always with the right balance between crunchiness and softness. In the mouth, the flavor of the ingredients is never excessive; this denotes a very difficult skill to encounter in knowing how to balance the elements and link them together. A special mention goes to the buffalo mozzarella which comes directly from Battipaglia. The queue of customers is incessant and this is the best parameter to be able to realize that the quality is of a high level. The service is a well-tested machine capable of dealing with a very high number of customers, all always with a smile. Thank you very much, Michela! Thank you very much to all the staff!
