The absolute dream for every skier who loves the Dolomites! Unfortunately, we arrived too late for dinner and had already said this - without asking - there was a great Brettl snack in both rooms. The rooms are large, clean, new and simply have the most beautiful view. There are even roller blinds that provide complete darkness - but who wants that, given the view? ;) The restaurant, the bar (inside and outside): everywhere we had this incredible panorama and the absolutely nicest service! The wellness area is very nicely arranged and clean. The pool is even heated. You can always find a spot and have that outstanding view again! The sauna is surprisingly large, you can relax really well without sitting close to your neighbor. But the absolute mega highlight is the access to the slopes! Buckle up and go. Start directly at the lift or do the first descent first? Both possible. No wish is left unfulfilled at breakfast and dinner. The evening menu is exceptional (you can always choose between 3 variants) and extremely delicious! Children are allowed to choose something different and every wish is fulfilled. We weren't used to that anymore after the last hotel failure in South Tyrol. The desserts are incredibly delicious, the five of us agree that they have never tasted as good as here. Big compliment to the kitchen! And the outside bar! Super friendly service, great selection of drinks and the atmosphere is great (often with a DJ) and pure sunshine all afternoon until sunset. We went tobogganing in the morning - before the lifts open and skiers start. You have to be careful that the snow groomer is no longer working and that you don't go too fast, but it was an absolute highlight! For us it couldn't have been better, if it were possible we would give 6 stars. The hotel should actually be fully booked non-stop. !Thank you!

The Resort is amazing. The facilities are comfortable and well-maintained, the location is unbeatable, and attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the service. I especially want to highlight Mauricio and Milagros, who were incredibly kind and attentive. Their warm and professional service made the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would return to.

A fabulous place, beautiful slopes.

I like to enjoy a special, very nice restaurant in the best location on the slopes. As a vegan, the waitress recommends that I choose something from the side dishes section. Bravo! The following day the terrace waiter sends me to self-service. When I didn't feel like it, he offered two options and I agreed. What I got for over 20 euros was nothing more than a little relief for my stomach nerves. I have to say, it's more of a tragedy for the class and furnishings the restaurant offers.

Very good food, welcoming staff

Simply a well-run house! You can only feel comfortable there. You meet lovely, natural people, from the chambermaid to the owner, from the dishwasher to the head chef. (We are now coming here again (2025) and there are always further improvements to be observed.)

If your aim is skiing you are on the slopes

I recently had lunch at the restaurant which, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The location, both external and internal, is truly enchanting: a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere, with details that invite you to stay. However, the service was an absolute disaster. We had decided to eat at the "L'Angolino" bistro, but the restaurant manager seemed completely uninformed about the availability of tables. Not only did he seat us without any courtesy, but he also threw the plates and cutlery on the table as if he was carrying out a boring task. This lack of attention and respect ruined the experience, making it decidedly unpleasant. In summary, although the location is a plus, the service leaves a lot to be desired and I do not recommend visiting this restaurant if you are looking for an overall satisfactory experience.
