Very good food, welcoming staff

Simply a well-run house! You can only feel comfortable there. You meet lovely, natural people, from the chambermaid to the owner, from the dishwasher to the head chef. (We are now coming here again (2025) and there are always further improvements to be observed.)

If your aim is skiing you are on the slopes

I recently had lunch at the restaurant which, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The location, both external and internal, is truly enchanting: a welcoming and well-kept atmosphere, with details that invite you to stay. However, the service was an absolute disaster. We had decided to eat at the "L'Angolino" bistro, but the restaurant manager seemed completely uninformed about the availability of tables. Not only did he seat us without any courtesy, but he also threw the plates and cutlery on the table as if he was carrying out a boring task. This lack of attention and respect ruined the experience, making it decidedly unpleasant. In summary, although the location is a plus, the service leaves a lot to be desired and I do not recommend visiting this restaurant if you are looking for an overall satisfactory experience.

For me the best hotel in the entire region and Selva. Great hospitable service. Very homely. Easily accessible. Sunny region (you have sun earlier than in the city below) Breakfast is very good as is the restaurant. The slopes are right in front of you and you can get ski passes at the hotel. All extremely helpful. The room was super big and spacious, we loved it❤️🙏 Please do something with the bathroom door in room 103, the door cannot be closed with the strength of one person. Unfortunately, children are also allowed in the spa, which makes it a bit noisy and crowded, making it uncomfortable. It's very small but could be nicer for relaxing. However, you should prohibit occupying the loungers when you are not using them. But I still like coming to this hotel.

Unfortunately the price/performance doesn't match: The reception was extremely harsh, the service was unfortunately superficial and in the room you could hear everything from the neighbor's bathroom. Unfortunately, if you visit over Christmas, you won't notice any of this at all: no decorations and the food like any other day - a real shame. On the positive sides: The hotel is in a wonderful location, the food is often really good and the wellness area is also nice (when the towels aren't empty or the tea cups are empty).

Excellent refuge hotel directly on the ski slopes. Abundant and juicy dishes.

We weren't in the hotel, just on the pass. The drive here was very nice. The view is great.
