The service was quick, and Giovanni, the waiter who served us, was very professional and friendly. We'll definitely return if we return to Lago del Salto.
07/01/2026: A warm and authentic corner overlooking the lake, one of those you don't discover by chance but choose, just as the owner told us. As soon as we entered the Miralago Restaurant and Pizzeria, a mountain atmosphere enveloped us: all wood, warm lighting, an immediate sense of welcome that makes you want to sit down and stay a while. The added value of this place is undoubtedly the owner: extremely kind, present without being intrusive, he started chatting with us, telling us about the place and how customers don't just happen to come here, but come because they chose this restaurant. And the truth is, after eating, you understand very well why. The homemade pappardelle are a dish that alone is worth the trip: wide, full-bodied, with that consistency that only hand-rolled pasta can provide. The wild boar ragù is exceptional: flavorful yet balanced, with tender pieces of meat that melt in your mouth and pair perfectly with the pasta. The ossobuco was another great surprise: incredibly tender, immersed in a rich and flavorful sauce, accompanied by perfectly cooked porcini mushrooms that complement the dish with their intense aroma and texture. It's one of those dishes where every last drop is naturally mopped up with bread, because throwing it away would be a shame.
In a world full of anonymous restaurants, Miralago is one of those restaurants that stands out: for its sincere cuisine, the warmth of its atmosphere, and the humanity of its owners. A place where you don't just go to eat, but to experience an evening that warms the stomach and the heart.
